(1) Registration
Registration takes the form of on-site registration. Each person is limited to one post.

3. Materials to be brought when registering: When registering, you should bring the completed Registration Form for Recruitment of Police Assistants by Dinghai District Public Security Bureau (Annex 2, which can be downloaded from the information publishing platform), ID card, household registration book, academic certificate (employment agreement or employment recommendation form for graduates of 2022 ordinary colleges and universities) and other originals and photocopies, and two one-inch bareheaded photos. (2) Qualification examination

(3) Examination
The examination is conducted by combining physical fitness test with interview.
(1) Physical fitness test. There are three physical fitness tests, namely 4* 10 meter running, 1 minute skipping and sit-ups. The full score of each physical fitness test is 100, and each item that meets the standard is divided into 30 points. If one item does not meet the standard, it is considered unqualified. Those who fail the physical fitness test cannot participate in the follow-up test. The physical fitness test shall be conducted in accordance with the Items, Standards and Implementation Rules of Police Physical Fitness Test (Annex 3). The time and place of physical fitness test will be notified separately.
(2) interview. Interview score 100, qualified score 60. Those who fail the interview cannot be included in the medical examination. If the shortlisted interviewers give up the interview qualification, they will be replenished in the order of physical fitness test scores among qualified personnel. The interview time and place will be announced separately.
After the interview, calculate the total score. The calculation formula of total score is: total score = total score of physical fitness test ÷3×0.5+ interview score ×0.5. Those with equal total scores and high physical fitness test scores rank first. According to the total score from high to low, the physical examination object is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 in the recruitment plan.
(4) Physical examination
The time and place of physical examination will be notified separately. Those who meet the recruitment requirements shall go to the designated physical examination institution for physical examination, and the physical examination shall refer to the Physical Examination Standard for Police Auxiliary Personnel of Zhoushan Public Security Bureau (Annex 4). The medical examination fee shall be borne by the applicant. Applicants who fail to attend the medical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination. If the medical examination is abandoned or the conclusion of the medical examination is unqualified, the recruiting unit will make up the total score in turn from high score to low score.
(5) Investigation (political examination)
1. Those who pass the physical examination will be shortlisted for investigation (political examination). Referring to the people's police inspection (political examination) standards, it mainly includes political thought, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline. The key point is whether the applicants are not allowed to apply for the exam and verify whether they meet the prescribed application conditions.
2. The investigation results (political examination) are only used as the basis for this recruitment. Abandon the inspection or the inspection (political examination) is unqualified, and it will not be replenished.
(6) Publicity and signing of labor contracts
After the inspection (political examination), the list of persons to be employed will be publicized on the website of Dinghai District People's Government for a period of 5 days.
