Who knows the information of the college entrance examination in 2006?

In 2006, the enrollment of students, students' walking, art majors, high-level athletes, sports training and national traditional sports majors has begun. The Ministry of Education has made clear regulations and requirements on the enrollment management methods of enrollment institutions, and adjusted relevant policies.

This edition interprets the new enrollment policies for readers' reference.

Walk students: Cultural tests and related assessments will be conducted this year.

The system of walking students has a long history, and it is a "green channel" for fresh high school graduates who have special talents in some aspects. As long as they meet the requirements of walking, students recommended by middle schools and recognized by enrollment schools can directly enter colleges and universities without taking the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities.

Although the college entrance examination is omitted, it is not easy to have the conditions for walking. According to the requirements and conditions of walking, the students who are eligible for walking are either provincial excellent students, the first prize winners of the national middle school students' Olympic competition at the provincial level, or the winners of the national youth science and technology innovation competition, and so on.

In addition, recent high school graduates studying in Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Changchun, Jinan, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Wuhan, Chongqing, Zhengzhou, Taiyuan, Chengdu, Shenzhen Foreign Language Middle School (school), the middle school affiliated to Shanghai International Studies University (including Pudong Campus) and Guangdong University of Foreign Studies are also eligible for walks.

According to the new regulations of the Ministry of Education, after qualified students are recommended by the school to colleges and universities, colleges and universities should also inspect and select students with the qualification of walking students, and finally determine the admission list. At the same time, it is stipulated that since the experimental class of three-year senior high school has been closed since 2003, this project is no longer a condition for students to walk.

It is worth mentioning that in the past, if the recommended students in colleges and universities met the requirements, they would no longer organize separate tests. However, starting from this year, the Ministry of Education stipulates that colleges and universities that recruit students who are recommended to walk should carefully inspect the candidates who meet the requirements of students who are recommended to walk, and organize cultural tests and related assessments. At the same time, it is also clearly pointed out that in the process of selection and admission, it is necessary to standardize procedures, strictly manage, be open and transparent, be fair and just, and candidates who do not meet the admission conditions shall not be approved for employment. Those who violate the relevant regulations on enrollment will be severely punished according to the relevant regulations.

Art major: This year's math scores of candidates are included in the total score.

The "Measures for the Enrollment of Art Majors in Colleges and Universities in 2006" promulgated by the Ministry of Education has made more careful adjustments and arrangements in the entrance examination and admission of art majors, and formulated more stringent management measures.

Six New Changes in Enrollment Policy

Change 1: Higher vocational enrollment makes a provincial plan. The "2006 Measures for Enrollment of Art Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities" clearly stipulates that higher vocational (specialist) colleges and undergraduate colleges should arrange enrollment source plans according to provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and 365,438+0 independent art colleges, specialties and ordinary colleges and universities should enroll undergraduate majors according to art majors, and it is up to the school to decide whether to arrange cross-provincial (autonomous regions) enrollment candidates can clearly understand the higher vocational majors of relevant universities in this province before applying for art colleges.

Change 2: Reserve students with uneven plan adjustment. The new method stipulates that colleges and universities that arrange the enrollment source plan for art undergraduate majors can reserve a plan that does not exceed 10% of the total enrollment plan for art undergraduate majors, so as to adjust the imbalance of students from different places.

Change 3: professional recognition of provincial unified examination results. In areas where the provincial unified examination for art majors is held, art vocational colleges (colleges) use the results of the provincial unified examination to recruit students, and colleges no longer organize professional examinations on their own. Provinces that have not organized the unified examination or majors that have not been involved in the unified examination shall organize professional examinations by the enrollment institutions themselves. Art undergraduate enrollment can use the results of the provincial unified examination, or organize professional examinations within the scope of qualified students in the provincial unified examination to determine qualified candidates in our school.

Change 4: professional papers are kept for one year. In order to standardize the enrollment of art majors, the new method clearly stated for the first time that candidates' professional papers should be kept for one year for inspection. In addition, all art candidates must take professional examinations, and those who are admitted must pass the corresponding professional examinations.

Change 5: Math scores are included in the total score. In order to improve the comprehensive quality of art candidates, from 2006 onwards, all candidates who apply for art majors will count their math scores into their total scores in cultural examinations.

Prior to this, the proportion of candidates' mathematics scores included in the total scores of cultural examinations was determined by the admissions institutions themselves. The proportion (coefficient) of candidates' mathematics scores in 2004 included in their total scores in cultural examinations shall be determined by the admissions institution. Whether the math score in 2005 is included in the total score of the cultural examination is still decided by the enrollment institutions themselves, and it is indicated in the enrollment brochures for art majors compiled by each school. The enrollment policy in 2006 clearly stipulates that all candidates' mathematics scores in the unified examination are included in their total scores in the cultural examination.

Change 6: cancel the recommendation of students who are exempt from examination in secondary art schools. The new method stipulates that from 2006, secondary art schools (affiliated middle schools) will stop recommending students who are exempt from exams. In the past, the Central Academy of Fine Arts and other 15 colleges and universities could recruit some secondary art schools (affiliated middle schools) and no longer implement the recommendation exemption policy.

Analysis of recruitment rules

Different from ordinary colleges and universities, art majors need to have exam results. Candidates must not only pass the cultural examination, but also participate in the selection of art majors organized and implemented by the enrollment institutions alone or jointly.

The art professional examination is proposed by the admissions institution and organized and implemented by the selective examination. In the enrollment brochures formulated by the enrollment colleges, the subjects and requirements of the professional examinations, the time and place of the examinations, the annual enrollment plan, and the admission rules are all introduced and explained. Candidates should carefully understand and read before entering the exam.

In order to standardize the enrollment of art majors, the new method requires that enrollment colleges must organize experts or set professional examination questions, and print and keep the examination papers in accordance with relevant confidentiality requirements. The marking work should be fair and accurate, and there must be more than two people marking the subjective questions. Interview subjects (items) such as solfeggio, performance and performance must be evaluated by the expert group.

Conditional provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) should also organize art professional examinations for candidates who apply for local art majors. Among them, art majors and examination subjects with certain requirements for art are color, sketch and sketch.

Every year in the college entrance examination, candidates who apply for art majors must take two exams: professional and cultural. Candidates' cultural examination is a unified entrance examination for national colleges and universities where the household registration is located. In the past, the minimum control score of the cultural examination of the college entrance examination was determined by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the enrollment institutions were located. Since 2004, this practice of extracting cultural scores has changed, that is, 365 and 438+0 art colleges such as the Central Academy of Drama can extract admission control scores for art majors and specialized cultural examinations in colleges (higher vocational colleges) by themselves.

The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Education said that this will help art colleges to select and train high-level art professionals and gradually improve the requirements for candidates' cultural achievements.

Candidates should be reminded that, except for 3 1 art colleges, the requirements of other enrollment colleges for candidates' cultural achievements are implemented according to the admission control scores of art majors and specialties (higher vocational colleges) designated by the provincial admissions office where the students are located. The minimum admission control scores of cultural examinations for art majors and specialties (higher vocational colleges) designated by provinces and cities shall not be less than 60% of the admission control scores of the second batch of undergraduate courses determined by provinces and cities.

Self-selected admission: 1 1 institutions will be added this year.

Carrying out the pilot reform of independent selection and admission is an important measure to deepen the reform of the college entrance examination system. This reform combines candidates' specialties and achievements, and further improves the evaluation and selection methods.

The pilot reform of independent selection and admission began in 200 1. After several years of exploration and practice, more and more colleges and universities are self-selected. This year, 1 1 was added, expanding to 53, and the team of independent selection and admission pilot colleges and universities is "growing" step by step.

In the past, the number of self-selected students in pilot colleges and universities was controlled in principle at 5% of the total annual undergraduate enrollment plan. However, this year, the Ministry of Education stipulated that if there are a large number of college candidates and the quality of students is good, this ratio can be exempted and can exceed 5%.

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, fresh high school graduates who meet the requirements of independent selection and admission in pilot universities are recommended by their middle schools or recommended by themselves. However, middle schools should provide or confirm the candidates' moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic development in high schools, awards, specialties and other proofs and realistic materials.

Pilot colleges and universities should organize expert groups to review the recommended candidate materials according to the conditions and assessment methods independently determined and publicized, put forward candidates after interviews and other related assessments, and determine the list of selected candidates after examination by the leading group for enrollment of pilot colleges and universities.

Selected candidates must take the national unified examination, and if the scores reach the admission control scores of the same batch of pilot universities determined by the provinces and cities where the students are located, the provincial admissions office will file with the pilot schools selected by the candidates. Pilot schools should also conduct comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission of candidates who have passed the initial evaluation and met the requirements of the unified examination results.

It should be noted that the requirements for candidates' scores in self-selected pilot universities are not uniform, and different universities have different grades for admission scores that pass the exam. This is a sunny road to college for many candidates who have special talents in some aspects but have relatively low cultural achievements.

Admissions colleges and universities are responsible for collecting candidates' registration information, and within 7 days after the registration, according to the relevant information collection requirements of the provincial entrance examination institutions where the students are located, the candidates' registration information will be reported to the provincial entrance examination institutions.

The cultural examination is scheduled for mid-May, and the special sports test sites and cultural test sites must be located in the same city, and the enrollment institutions are not allowed to add test sites without authorization.

Admission method and bonus policy

The minimum admission control score line of cultural examination shall be determined by the enrollment institution according to the enrollment plan and student source situation of the year, and shall not be lower than the admission score line of 2005 in principle. On the basis that the scores of cultural examinations reach the minimum admission control score, all enrollment institutions will select the best candidates according to their scores of special physical education examinations and comprehensive scores.

Candidates with first-class athletes and first-class samurai technical level qualifications can increase their cultural examination scores by 30 points on the basis of the original scores; Candidates with athletes and above technical level qualifications can add 50 points to their cultural examination scores on the basis of their original scores.

The number of new students admitted to sports training majors (including exemption) with the technical level qualification of first-class athletes (inclusive) or above is not less than15% of the enrollment plan of the major in the current year; The number of new students (including exemption) admitted to the national traditional sports major with the qualification of first-class samurai (inclusive) or above is not less than 10% of the enrollment plan of the major in the current year.

The admissions institution shall report the list of candidates to be admitted to the provincial admissions office where the students are located before June 25, and handle the relevant admission procedures. Within 7 days after the admission formalities, the list of freshmen must be reported to the Science and Education Department of the State Sports General Administration for the record, and the list of freshmen after the record must be announced to the public on the website of our school.

Candidates who are admitted to the physical training and national traditional sports majors of the enrollment colleges will no longer participate in the admission of other ordinary colleges and universities.

Students who enter the sports training major of ordinary colleges and universities without examination can be transferred to other sports majors according to relevant regulations after completing two-year basic courses and meeting the requirements. According to the new method, students majoring in physical training and traditional national sports in other colleges and universities may not be transferred to other majors after entering school.

Strict regulations on enrollment institutions

The new method stipulates that the enrollment institution shall stop its enrollment qualification for the next year if it is under any of the following circumstances: (1) The number of freshmen enrolled in the sports training major is lower than15% of the enrollment plan of the major in that year; The number of freshmen with the qualification of first-class samurai (inclusive) or above in national traditional sports major is lower than10% of the enrollment plan of the major in that year; (two) unauthorized inclusion of other projects in these measures for enrollment; (three) unauthorized transfer of students admitted according to these measures to other majors; (four) unauthorized expansion of sports training, national traditional sports professional enrollment plan; (5) Recruiting candidates who do not meet the admission criteria without authorization; (6) Recruiting junior college students without authorization; (seven) to add test sites without authorization.

You should take the college entrance examination after passing the special physical education test.

After passing the special physical education test, candidates must register at the place where they are registered and take part in the unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities. If the candidates' cultural achievements reach the admission control scores of the second batch of undergraduate courses in the provinces and cities where they are located, the admissions office of the relevant provincial universities will provide files to the relevant test center schools according to the candidates' wishes, and the admissions school will decide whether to admit them. Higher vocational and technical schools should recruit high-level athletes according to the admission control scores of higher vocational colleges in their provinces and cities.

For a small number of candidates with outstanding results in special sports tests and promising prospects, if their cultural achievements reach 60% of the admission control scores of the second batch of undergraduate courses in the provinces and cities where the candidates are located, the enrollment school shall apply and report to the provincial college admissions office for examination before admission. The number of such candidates shall not exceed 30% of the number of high-level athletes admitted to our school.

Candidates who have won the first-class athletes will be examined separately.

Candidates who have won one of the titles of first-class athletes, athletes, international athletes and martial arts heroes may apply for a separate examination of cultural courses held by the enrollment school.
