According to the relevant requirements of "Announcement on the Recruitment of Civil Servants in Shanxi Province in 2022", the relevant matters concerning the physical fitness assessment and qualification review of civil servants in Datong in 2022 are hereby announced as follows:
First, physical fitness assessment
(A) the evaluation object
Candidates who apply for the positions of public security organs and judicial police in Datong court system are required to carry out physical fitness assessment according to regulations. The candidates for physical fitness assessment are determined according to the order of the written test scores from high to low, which is 5 times of the planned number of employees (if the number of qualified people in the written test is insufficient, it shall be determined according to the actual number of qualified people). (2) Time and place of physical fitness assessment

(3) Physical fitness assessment items and standards
Physical fitness assessment items and standards shall be implemented in accordance with the Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for Public Security Organs to Employ People's Police (Provisional), Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Physical Fitness Assessment for Public Security Organs to Employ People's Police, Letter on the Number of Physical Fitness Assessment for Public Security Organs, and Reply on Agreeing to the Public Security Organs to Adjust the Number of Physical Fitness Assessment for People's Police. In the process of physical fitness evaluation, if one item fails to meet the standard, it will be considered as unqualified, and then the item will not be evaluated. (See Annexes 2 and 3 for the items and standards of physical fitness assessment and the detailed rules for the implementation of physical fitness assessment)
(4) Precautions
1. Candidates who enter the physical fitness assessment should be familiar with the assessment site before the assessment, and report to the designated place with their ID cards and written test admission tickets before 6: 00 am on July 28th.
2. Physical fitness evaluation shall be managed by closed numbering. Candidates are required to strictly abide by the discipline of physical fitness assessment and accept the unified management of the staff. During the evaluation, you shall not disclose personal name and other identity information, leave the evaluation site, bring communication tools such as mobile phones into the evaluation site, or contact the outside world in any way. Violators will be disqualified from evaluation.
3. Candidates who participate in physical fitness assessment must be familiar with the assessment items and rules, strengthen exercise, pay attention to rest, and maintain good physical condition. Please bring your own sportswear, sports shoes and drinking water on the day of physical fitness assessment. Running shoes are not allowed.
4. There is no retest or retest for this physical fitness assessment, and candidates are not allowed to put forward a slow test due to physical discomfort or other reasons during the physical fitness assessment. Candidates who are not suitable for physical fitness assessment or feel unwell during physical fitness assessment should carefully consider whether to participate in physical fitness assessment or quit at any time. Candidates shall bear the consequences of accidents caused by their own physical reasons or violations of bid evaluation rules.
5. The evaluation times of men's 1000m running and women's 800m running are 1 time, the evaluation times of 10m× 4 round-trip running are not more than 2 times, and the evaluation times of vertical jump and high touchdown are not more than 3 times.
6. The results of physical fitness assessment and the list of people who entered the qualification review will be announced on the spot on the same day.
7. If the physical fitness assessment cannot be held as scheduled due to irresistible reasons such as weather, the supplementary announcement issued by the Shanxi Personnel Examination column on the website of Shanxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security shall prevail.
Second, the qualification examination
(a) the object of review
1. If you apply for a position with physical fitness assessment, you should select the candidates who are qualified for physical fitness assessment and three times as many as planned, and determine the candidates who will participate in the qualification review according to the total score of written test from high to low; If the number of qualified people in physical fitness assessment is less than 3 times of the planned number, it shall be determined according to the actual number.
2. If there is no physical fitness assessment position in the application, the candidates who have reached the minimum qualified score line will be determined to participate in the interview qualification review according to the order of written test scores from high to low and according to the proportion of three times the planned number of employees. If the number of people within the minimum qualified score line is less than 3: 1, it shall be determined according to the actual number. (See Annex 4 for the list of qualification examiners)
