Start your client, enter your game ID and password, click the login button to enter the list of games you have purchased, and click the game in the library where you want to apply for a refund. We click the customer service option on the right side of the game list. After entering the customer service interface, click the gap between the option and the expectation, and select I want to apply for a refund in the next refund interface.
