Yulin university, yulin university, located in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, is a provincial undergraduate college which focuses on engineering, with the coordinated development of engineering, management, literature, science, agriculture and law. It is the northernmost institution of higher learning in Shaanxi Province and the only provincial undergraduate institution in Yulin. The school was formerly the Fourth Normal School of Shaanxi Province, which was founded in 1923. 1958 changed its name to Suide Branch of Xi Normal University, 1978 changed its name to Yulin College Branch of Shaanxi Normal University, and moved to Xisha, Yulin in the early 1980s. 1965438 was renamed Yulin Normal University.
