First, the operation method
(A) the registration method of registered enterprises
After entering the Gansu government service network, the enterprise users who log in in the "registered enterprise login" of the original industrial and commercial system choose "legal person user login" in the Gansu government service network. In the "User Name" column, enterprises with a unified social credit code enter the unified social credit code (if they have not logged into the original industrial and commercial system before, they need to register first), and those without a unified social credit code can log in. After logging in, find the column of "Special Services" in the middle of the system homepage (as shown in the following figure 1), then click "Industrial and Commercial Registration", select the industrial and commercial registration items to be handled in the opened industrial and commercial registration column, and enter the industrial and commercial business system to handle industrial and commercial business (as shown in the following figure 2). You can also directly enter the "industrial and commercial registration" and click on the relevant business. After the user login interface appears, log in according to the above method.
Registration method of unregistered enterprises
After the individual user who logs in from the unregistered enterprise in the original industrial and commercial system enters the Gansu government service network, select "Individual User Login" in the Gansu government service network, enter the user name of the original industrial and commercial online business system in the "User Name" column (if you have not logged in to the original industrial and commercial system before, you need to register first), and then enter the password and verification code of the original industrial and commercial online business system to log in. After logging in, find the column of "Special Services" in the middle of the system homepage (as shown in the following figure 1), then click "Industrial and Commercial Registration", select the industrial and commercial registration items to be handled in the opened industrial and commercial registration column, and enter the industrial and commercial business system to handle industrial and commercial business (as shown in the following figure 2). You can also directly enter the "industrial and commercial registration" and click on the relevant business. After the user login interface appears, log in according to the above method.
Second, the online company registration process
1. Register online registration system users. Applicants log on to the online registration system and register user information in the online registration system with real data. The corresponding information of registered users must be consistent with the person who later submitted and received the materials on site.
2. Log in to the system. Through the "online registration" in the "service navigation bar" of the website of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, enterprises without electronic business licenses choose "ordinary login" to log in to the system. Enterprises with electronic business licenses choose "e-certificate login" to log in to the system.
3. Select the type. Select the business type of enterprise establishment application, enterprise change application, enterprise filing application or enterprise cancellation application according to the business. The same enterprise can only select one business type at a time, and can apply for business processing again after the business processing application is completed.
4. Fill in the information. Fill in the application related information according to the prompts, such as: to set up an enterprise, first select the enterprise category, fill in the enterprise name pre-approval notice number or the approved enterprise name information to inquire about the existing name pre-approval registration, and then supplement other information required for enterprise registration on the complete page.
5. Upload the file (PDF format). Select the file directory to be submitted, and upload the scanned PDF of the signed (stamped) materials according to the directory display. Note: If the name of the submitted document is missing from the directory, you can enter the material directory by clicking the "Add Material" button to add the information of the material directory.
6. Check the feedback. Log in to the enterprise registration system and click "My Business Application" to view the feedback information of the application business review process. If the approval opinion is Rejected, you can view the business information, but you cannot modify it. If the approval opinion is "Return for Modification", you can view and modify the business information or directly "delete" the applied business. If the approval opinion is "Pending Approval", it means that the business is under approval and not yet completed, and the business information can be viewed but not modified.
7. On-site delivery. After receiving the mobile phone information of "scheduled material submission time" or viewing the business processing status of the system as "successful processing", print the documents generated by the system and submit the specified paper materials to the site. Note: printed paper materials should be signed and sealed as required.
8. Get a license. After the paper materials are approved, they will receive the approval notice, paper business license and electronic business license.

Article 7 A company established according to law shall be issued a business license by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license is the date of establishment of the company. The company's business license shall specify the company's name, domicile, registered capital, business scope, name of legal representative and other matters.
