Class III insurance is evaluated once a year, and Class II insurance is evaluated once every two years. (3) At the third level, the destruction of the object of protection at this level will cause particularly serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and other organizations, or to social order and public interests, or to national security;

(4) at the fourth level, the object of protection at this level is destroyed, which will cause particularly serious damage to social order and public interests, or cause serious damage to national security;

(5) At the fifth level, the object of protection at this level is destroyed, which will cause particularly serious damage to national security.
