In 2000, on the basis of restructuring its subordinate Xinjiang Tiankang Science and Technology Development Company, the company was jointly established as a joint stock limited company with Xinjiang Academy of Animal Husbandry, Xinjiang Biopharmaceutical Factory, Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Reclamation, Urumqi Zhibang Enterprise Consultant Co., Ltd. and three natural persons, including Zhu, Zhong Cheng.
