1. When using the home network, please try the following methods:
(1) Confirm whether the router has turned on the MAC address filtering function (black and white list);
Router Mac address filtering path is usually: router management interface >; Wireless settings > MAC address filtering. (Different routers may have different setup paths. Please refer to the router manual or consult the customer service of the equipment provider. )
(2) If the black-and-white list has been opened, please confirm the WLAN MAC address (device) on the mobile phone, and add the address to the allowed MAC address access list or delete it from the forbidden MAC address access list;
Get the MAC address path of the device: open WIFI and go to Settings >; About mobile phone > status information;
(3) Modify the MAC of the mobile phone.
(4) Please reset and restart the router to try.
2. In case of using public hotspots, please consult the WLAN hotspot provider for details. If you can't connect, try switching to another hotspot.
