Interpretation refers to the novel Heavy Wings by Zhang Jie, a modern writer, who is good at changing his position or viewpoint quickly. It is an award-winning novel of the second Mao Dun Literature Award. Heavy Wings is based on a "fierce battle" around the reform of economic management system between China's top leaders and the Vice Minister of Heavy Industry at the turn of 1970s and 1980s. It shows the top-down rectification and reform of the Ministry and its subordinate Shuguang Automobile Factory and its grassroots team, from the world outlook of characters to methodology, from the political relationship between characters to the marriage and family relationship, from the political and economic fields to
