China Telecom's customer service hotline is 10000. If the broadband fails, you can directly call the telecom customer service phone to troubleshoot. After troubleshooting, a staff member will come to the door to troubleshoot. In addition to telephone troubleshooting, users can also report troubleshooting through the telecom online business hall. The steps are as follows:

1. Open the telecom online business hall with a computer with Internet access, and then find the broadband alarm in the broadband navigation bar, as shown in the figure below:

2. After clicking, log in to your broadband account, and then report the fault according to the instructions on the page. If the fault report is successful, a staff member will come to the door to troubleshoot the fault within 24 hours.
