First, the employment of college students: where is the difficulty?

Low-paid employment: tomorrow needs more experience and sweat. In the employment guidance centers of some colleges and universities, I learned that with the increasing employment pressure, more and more college graduates tend to choose low-wage employment, and they have the same idea of exchanging sweat for tomorrow.

It is understood that low-paid employment is actually a state of unemployment for college students before employment after graduation. The unit provides graduates with opportunities to accumulate experience, and graduates exchange low-paying jobs. This kind of low-paying employment is only to gain more practical experience when looking for a job.

Wages will increase with the improvement of ability. Miss Wang, the person in charge of a software company, believes that although there are certain requirements for academic qualifications, the most important thing is people's ability and comprehensive quality. The salary of college students may be lower when they start working, but with the improvement of the individual ability of the employed, the salary will gradually increase. She suggested that college students should be calm, and finding a well-paid job is not the first factor.

Don't just look at the immediate salary, constantly improving your ability is the golden rice bowl. In the past, many enterprises only recruited people with work experience, and it was impossible for all fresh college students. With the gradual improvement of the concept of employing people, in the past year or two, many enterprises have directly recruited fresh graduates and are willing to pay for training college students, so that they will soon become the backbone of enterprises. Generally speaking, after college students become the backbone, their wages will naturally increase. In order to reserve talents, enterprises usually sign work contracts with college students for several years, which not only ensures the stability of personnel, but also benefits the development of enterprises, and the cost of employing people is relatively low. Therefore, experts hope that college students can recognize themselves, change their employment concept, don't just focus on wages, and constantly improve their abilities. This is the golden rice bowl.

Second, the employment of college students: Where is the way?

A large number of facts have proved that if college graduates do not have clear goals and directions in job hunting, or even do not understand their own personality and specialties, then their career choices will be very blind, and even affect the development of their future work path. In this regard, experts suggest that college students should enhance their autonomy in career planning.

Plan your career path early and stick to your goals. Confusion is one of the most frequently used words among college students. I am confused because I can't see the future clearly. If I can't see the future clearly, I can't grasp the present. In fact, the reason why college students can't see the future clearly is not necessarily because they don't have goals and plans, but also because they have too many goals and plans and are at a loss. It is easier for them to give up their goals and follow the crowd. Therefore, persistence in the goal and implementation of the plan are the keys to success. I firmly believe that both career planning and job hunting are suitable for me.

Broad interests should be safeguarded and opportunities should be guaranteed. Because they don't know their major, many students will face a problem when they enter the university: they are not interested or satisfied with their major, which leads to weariness and burnout. In fact, there are many ways for you to take into account your interests and majors, such as double degrees and various training certifications. However, when choosing a major for amateur study, we should grasp a principle: that is, proceed from the needs of our own development. Either starting from personal hobbies, it not only satisfies the thirst for knowledge, but also obtains pleasure from it; Either combine this major to become a compound talent and enhance employment competitiveness. Of course, in the study of multiple majors, we can't lose sight of one thing and lose sight of another, let alone put the cart before the horse.

I am experienced in social activities, so I don't feel flustered during the interview. For fresh graduates, the bottleneck of finding a job lies in the lack of social experience. Although it is not easy for students to get internship opportunities in enterprises, from the experience of most successful students, there are at least two resources that most students can use: one is to exercise their communication and teamwork skills by participating in targeted club activities, which can be said to be a simulation of real work scenes; Second, striving for on-campus services and various opportunities for off-campus internships and part-time jobs can help us cultivate a persistent and hard-working professionalism and understand the basic principles of the workplace such as due diligence.

Internship is a real skill, apply for exemption from probation. As far as a long career is concerned, four years of college is undoubtedly the golden career preparation period. In these four years, we should arm ourselves with the professional skills, social skills and professionalism possessed by a professional, so as to achieve seamless connection in the transition from students to professionals. It is to make full use of the internship opportunities in the university stage, thus saving the internship period after formal work. Enterprises have also saved a lot of training time and energy. This is a win-win process for both individuals and enterprises.

Backed by special talents, job competition is greater. For students in a class or a major, it seems that there is not much difference between studying the same major and the same course. However, once they face competition, differences will emerge. At present, the employment situation is relatively tight, and only students with bright spots on their bodies are more likely to be noticed, selected by employers and have broader career development space. Therefore, to explore and enhance the competitiveness of employment, we should start with discovering the differences between ourselves and others, give full play to our own specialties, and constantly strengthen them, which may lead to unexpected gains.

Third, the employment situation: the trilogy of employment preparation

With the expansion of colleges and universities, the original elite education has become mass education. College students must change their ideas. Popular education means that they can do ordinary work. What should college students do in the face of employment difficulties?

The first part: Face the reality, treat the employment situation correctly and treat yourself correctly.

Choosing a job and getting employment is an important turning point in the life of students who have just left school. The correct concept of choosing a job and obtaining employment that students should have can be summarized in four sentences, namely: clearly understand the situation, enter the market, be calm and confident, show their strength, get through channels to see information, seek truth from facts and get on the job quickly.

A clear understanding of the situation includes three aspects: first, the national employment policy, second, the national employment situation, and third, the employment information in the region. In the face of fierce competition in the talent market, the basic view is that we can only set up one word and actively participate in the competition, instead of waiting, let alone being passive. The key is to grasp your career direction and competitive skills, dare to compete, be good at competition, and win in the competition.

In the talent market competition in recent years, there is an obvious feature that employers pay special attention to the practical experience and professional knowledge of talents. Everyone has his own strengths and weaknesses. The problem lies in how you know yourself correctly, be good at fostering strengths and avoiding weaknesses, give play to your skills at critical moments and important occasions, and gain the goodwill and trust of employers. This is a skill that can't be ignored in choosing a job and getting employment.

In the competition of talent market, it is often not enough to rely on one's wisdom and information to keep changing. Therefore, using various media, including schools, teachers and parents, relatives and classmates, to search employment information extensively is an important means and method for employed people.

The second part: Make full psychological preparation before choosing a job and getting employed.

College students' psychological preparation for employment should realize the following four changes and overcome bad mentality.

First, realize the transformation from student status to post work.

In the environment of non-distribution, self-employment, two-way choice and competition for posts, we should overcome the negative mentality of resigning or waiting for the school to recommend work. Learning is for application. If learning is a means, work is a human instinct and an end.

Second, economically realize the transformation from consumers to producers.

Overcome long-term dependence on family to provide economic assistance, rely on your own knowledge and honest work, and stand on self-reliance and self-improvement.

Third, realize the change from an ordinary participant to a competitor in the attitude of choosing a job.

When college graduates choose jobs for the first time, they can't stand setbacks, sadness and disappointment, which are often the main obstacles to choosing jobs. We should overcome the negative mentality of cowardice and inferiority.

Fourth, realize the mentality change from the favored son of heaven to ordinary workers.

Put down the shelf of intellectuals, correctly understand their two-way choice with employers, and take the initiative to apply for jobs. Whether you are engaged in manual labor or mental labor, you must first be a laborer, and you need to fight for the job yourself.

Finally, on the whole, job seekers should be proactive, calm and confident, indomitable, face the reality with a calm mind and firmly believe that I was born useful.

Part III: Take the initiative, prepare resume and interview.

Opportunities are always given to those who dare to show and fight for it. No matter whether the unit recruits people or not, volunteer first and ask for a trial; Write to the boss or the person in charge of the unit to recommend yourself; Send the cover letter directly to the recruitment mailbox of the company website. When college graduates are looking for a job, they choose to take the initiative to show their strength to the employer. At least they will get more opportunities than waiting for the pie to fall from the sky.

According to the person in charge of the city's talent market, in today's employment situation where the overall supply exceeds demand, a positive and brave attitude is a magic weapon for college students to stand out in job hunting. Before choosing a job, you need to prepare the corresponding written materials, the resume should be authentic, concise and clear, and the page should be neat and standardized. When interviewing, you should also be generous, smart and neither supercilious nor supercilious.

In a word, in the process of choosing a job and employment, the purpose is to choose a job that can give full play to one's strengths and begin to realize the dream for many years. In the life of college students, employment is undoubtedly a major event and an exciting struggle and contest. We must assess the situation, cheer up, make full preparations, and devote ourselves wholeheartedly to this game with our new mentality, new image and new strength.

According to the data of the Internet users' continuous user behavior research system launched by * * Consulting in June, 2008, among the dating community websites, the campus network ranks first with the arrival rate of 16.34%, with a monthly coverage of 27.07 million. The purpose of this survey is to understand the situation of college students making friends on campus network, so as to analyze the influence of campus network on college students making friends.

This survey selected undergraduates and postgraduates from * * University, Northwest University for Nationalities, Northwest Normal University, * * Jiaotong University and Gansu University of Political Science and Law as samples, and used random sampling and stratified sampling to distribute questionnaires and conduct case interviews. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed in this survey, and 493 valid samples were collected, including 260 males and 233 females.

First, the characteristics of college students online dating

1. Universal implementation of campus network communication range

According to the survey, 80.9% of users learned about and started to use the campus network through friends around them. 8 1. 1% of campus network users have fewer than 200 friends. More than half of users' friends knew each other before, accounting for 67.6% of the total number of surveys, and more than 80% of users' friends knew each other before, accounting for 36.9% of the total number of surveys. The main ways for campus network users to add friends are site search, application by others and friend link, accounting for 59. 1%, 58.9% and 55.6% respectively. (See table 1)

From the above analysis, it can be seen that the development and diffusion of campus network is mainly through the introduction of friends and acquaintances, and the communication scope of users is mainly the friends they used to know and people with certain characteristics (such as the same hobbies, hometown, etc.). ), and most users are not interested in seeking too many friends in the virtual world. Therefore, the campus network is a supplement to real interpersonal communication and an extension of the network.

2. Acceptability of regional groups, industry groups and interest groups.

When adding friends, we choose three items in the order from important to unimportant. The results show that, as shown in table 1, we assign values to the first, second and third digits, which are 3 points, 2 points and 1 minute respectively. After calculation, we found that the three important items in choosing friends are school and major, hometown city and hobbies, while for personal essential characteristics such as appearance, gender and age, ②

According to the concept of sociology, that is, region, industry and interest have become the main criteria for most people to choose friends on campus.

3. Utilitarianism of communication motivation

In the survey of things that are often done by using campus network, they are arranged according to the percentage of the selected people. The top three are checking friends' space and status, reading posts, replying and updating their own space, checking messages, replying and searching for acquaintances (classmates, colleagues and friends), accounting for 59. 1%, 55.6% and 50.0% respectively. 44.4% people choose to chat with friends.

In the process of using campus network, the things that college students often do can be roughly divided into two categories: first, communication, including viewing campus space (mainly friends' space, their own space and new visitors' space) and campus communication (mainly viewing messages, information in the station or replying); The second is to find acquaintances. 85.7% users said that they don't often browse strangers' spaces, and only 9.3% users often greet strangers.

This shows that college students' use of campus network is not utilitarian, and they usually just communicate and find acquaintances. Most users don't take the initiative to check the spatial dynamics of strangers or chat with strangers, so there is no need to associate with some specific people for the purpose of meeting people who are beneficial to their own development. Intranet has played a role in accumulating contacts to a certain extent, but whether this role will have a substantial impact needs further investigation.

4. Follow the dichotomy of online and offline communication.

The dichotomy of online and offline communication mainly refers to the communication habits between friends. Some of the communication between friends is limited to the Internet, while others are conducted in the original way (such as daily meeting, texting, phone calls, etc.). ) and supplemented by online communication. In this survey, specifically, some friends just keep in touch on the campus network, but basically have no contact in real life, and some friends keep in touch with the campus network in real life. This situation not only appears in the use of school intranet, but also has certain applicability in other network communications.

Second, the campus network has little influence on college students' real-world friends.

Through investigation, the author found that the campus network has little influence on college students' making friends in the real world, mainly in the following two aspects.

1. The interpersonal relationship of users has not changed substantially before and after using the intranet.

In the survey, 76. 1% people think that the relationship with their original friends has not changed after using the campus network. Only 23.6% users think that the campus network has brought their former friends closer. These users mainly look for old friends and classmates who have lost contact through the campus network, so as to re-establish realistic contact.

Many interviewees said that their friendship had little to do with using campus network. Usually, friends who have frequent contacts in the real world not only visit each other frequently on the campus network, but also maintain the original relationship in reality; For other friends and classmates who don't usually contact each other, after finding them through the campus network, they only keep irregular contact on the campus network, and there is still almost no contact in the real world.

For the new friends made through the campus network, online communication has never been offline.

The new friends I make here through the campus network refer to people who have been added as my friends, not including strangers who browse. In the survey, more than half of the friends who use [] account for 67.6% of the total survey, that is to say, only a few new friends have met through the campus network. At the same time, only 9. 1% of the total number of people surveyed have frequent contact offline, that is to say, most campus network users basically do not communicate online with new friends made on campus network, that is, offline online communication has not been realized.

Intranet has little influence on college students' making friends in the real world for two reasons:

First, the intranet is a network platform based on real interpersonal relationships. This network platform based on real interpersonal relationship can be said to be a supplementary way of real interpersonal communication and an extension of real interpersonal communication in the online world.

Secondly, college students are a group with higher education. The quality of their contact with online media is higher than other groups, and their mentality is relatively calm, rational and mature. The survey shows that they have no intention to seek friends in the virtual world, waste too much time in the online chat space seeking self-affirmation and self-identity, and certainly will not bring their online friends to the real world.

Tisso

With the deepening of teaching material reform in China, all disciplines emphasize students' autonomous learning and cooperative inquiry. Therefore, some contents have been deleted or understated, while the specific contents need to be explored by students themselves. In this way, students with good foundation and active learning have left a lot of learning space, but it is very unfavorable for those with poor foundation and passive learning. For example, according to the content in the textbook, a section of "Online Self-protection and Internet Hackers" in the course of Information Technology can be finished in about 15 minutes, but I believe that most students still don't know much about hackers, and even as a teacher, I only know one thing: What are the dangers of hackers? What technology does it use for black people?

Information technology is a special subject. This course is different from other subjects, so students should be given enough time to practice and practice. Basically, each class is taught for 2025 minutes, and the rest is the time for teacher-student interaction and students' practice, that is, students do exercises, and then the teacher analyzes and explains the problems arising from students' contact. In this 2025-minute practice time, students were not given a theme or a goal. Their practice results can be imagined: it took 20 minutes to determine the topic, and then 10 minutes to find materials. However, this efficiency is very low.

So instead of letting them practice aimlessly in every class, it is better to come up with some topics that students are very interested in and let them talk about themselves, that is, the process of determining the theme and making their own lecture courseware by searching information from the Internet (let's talk about it together).

In this way, I left the hacker class to the students and let them make their own courseware for five classes. Then in the sixth class, everyone talked, studied and discussed together, which successfully solved the problems of powerpoint practice and hacker learning.

After this successful attempt, I found it necessary to give lectures in this way:

First of all, it enriches students' classroom practice, allows students to practice purposefully, and more directly contacts the core issues (the key issues in each class), solves problems and improves students' learning efficiency.

Secondly, it broadens students' horizons and broadens their knowledge, so that students are no longer limited to superficial knowledge in books. According to their hobbies and abilities, they try their best to find the knowledge they need from the endless treasure house of the Internet, which is suitable for students' vertical development.

Third, students' interest in learning can be improved through their own lectures. In the computer room, the use of multimedia equipment and traditional teaching methods can fully reflect the advantages of multimedia network teaching without losing the essence of traditional education. Through their own lectures, students can not only improve their mastery of the knowledge they have learned, but also give themselves an opportunity to exercise their expressive ability and improve their comprehensive quality.

Through this successful attempt, the author thinks that this kind of lecture is feasible:

First of all, there is enough time to ensure that according to the characteristics of our information technology course, the ratio of the teacher's lecture time to the students' actual operation time is about 1: 1 or 5:4, which means that students should have most of the time to do the actual operation by themselves, because computer is a highly operational subject, so students have 2025 minutes to operate independently in each class, and teachers can do each topic.

Secondly, there are abundant sources of information. Every computer (student computer) in the computer room is connected to the internet, and every student can find information through the Internet at any time (during class), including words, pictures, sounds, animations, videos, etc. Without reading a lot of books, newspapers, CDs, etc.

Finally, there is absolute knowledge and technical guarantee. According to the arrangement of our new textbook, students learned the basic technology of word text, Internet operation and online search technology at the beginning of their enrollment, and then learned powerpoint. So the students are familiar with it. What they have to do is to search and download the materials from the Internet, use their creative thinking, reasonably match the materials, and finally tell them. Even if individual students have any problems, our teachers can always guide them to solve them.

Besides taking hackers as the theme, we can also choose other topics, such as the historical events of Japan's invasion of China, the evolution of life on earth, the development of world civilization and so on. It can be used to make courseware for students to teach with their own computer knowledge, which not only achieves the purpose of practice, but also realizes the process of research-based learning. Therefore, on the basis of information technology courses, using the huge resource base of the Internet to develop the secondary industry not only improves students' practical efficiency, but also increases their knowledge, which is a good way of classroom practice.
