Enterprises applying for construction qualification can obtain the required qualification certificate in two ways: one is to apply for qualification, and the other is to obtain their required qualification certificate through transfer.
Among them, the construction qualification handling enterprise shall prepare the required materials, obtain the qualification certificate after submission and report, and the competent department shall review the publicity structure.
The specific process of building qualification is:
1. Log in to the enterprise library through the user name and password of the enterprise lock or enterprise government network.
2. Enter basic information and related personnel (builders, engineers, skilled workers and technical leaders (with achievements)) in the enterprise library.
3. Open a social security account, enter relevant social security information, pay corresponding fees (one month for new operation and three months for upgrade), print social security details after receipt and upload them to the system.
4, online declaration, through a two-month pre-trial period.
5. Call to make an appointment and submit the original materials to the competent department.
6. The competent department accepts the application, and generally publicizes the results after passing, and finally handles the certificate.
