I. Scope and Conditions of Recruitment

Third, the recruitment method
(1) Registration and qualification examination

2. Venue: jiaozhou city Talent Market (5th floor, podium building, jiaozhou city Administrative Service Center Building, No.2 Beijinglu, jiaozhou city).
3. Submission materials: the originals and photocopies of ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, registration certificate, household registration certificate (household registration book or household registration certificate), agreement and other materials must be submitted when registering (fresh graduates are required to submit ID card and recommendation form for graduates), and 4 recent one-inch bareheaded photos of the same edition. Candidates pay the written examination fee of 40 yuan, and those who enter the interview must pay the interview examination fee of 70 yuan (the employment service card for college graduates from poor families is free of examination fee).
4. Those who have passed the qualification examination and passed the examination shall fill in the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in jiaozhou city in 2009, and each person shall be limited to one position and receive an admission ticket.
5. After the registration, if the final number of applicants does not reach the specified ratio of 1:3, the recruitment plan will be cancelled if it is planned to recruit 1 person, and the recruitment plan will be reduced accordingly if it is planned to recruit more than 2 people. Positions that are in urgent need of shortage can be appropriately relaxed.

(2) written examination

(3) Interview
1. The interview adopts a fully enclosed structured interview method, which mainly tests the basic qualities and professional abilities necessary for candidates to apply for positions. Total interview score 100.
2. If the position plan is 1 to 9 people, enter the interview scope according to the ratio of the total written test score to the position plan 1: 3 (if there is a disproportionate shortage of positions, all written test participants will enter the interview scope); Position plan 10 or more, enter the interview scope according to the total written test score and position plan 1:2. If a disproportionate position is formed, the interviewer will be disqualified if his interview score is lower than 60 points.
3. The interview time for applying for non-health institutions is July 30, 2009; The interview time for applying for the health system is August 2009 1.
4. After the interview, 50% of the written test scores and 50% of the interview scores will be weighted to the total scores of the candidates.
5. The recruitment plan cancelled or reduced due to the fact that the candidates can't reach the required proportion will be added to the comprehensive management posts and clinical medical posts in township hospitals.
(4) Physical examination and evaluation
1. According to the recruitment plan, the physical examination candidates are determined and organized according to the ratio of 1: 1 according to the total score from high to low. Vacancies caused by unqualified physical examination and assessment shall be filled from the staff of the post according to the total score from high to low, and those with the same total score shall be filled according to the written test score from high to low.
