However, from the traditional teaching practice of middle school education, many teachers' understanding of the new curriculum concept is inaccurate, insufficient and not in-depth, and there is obvious inertia and inadaptability to the curriculum reform, which seriously restricts the implementation and in-depth implementation of the new curriculum concept. Therefore, under the background of the new curriculum reform, how to build a team of teachers with excellent professional skills and excellent work style, and establish the corresponding teacher training, evaluation and incentive mechanism, became the knowledge of the leading group of our school at that time to strengthen the construction of teachers, further play the leading role of teachers in teaching, promote the new curriculum reform, comprehensively improve students' literacy and teaching quality, and actively promote the continuous deepening of quality education and the serious implementation of new curriculum standards.
(2) At that time, the teaching staff in our school could not fully meet the needs of society.
At that time, the situation of teachers in our school was as follows: "There were 5 classes in our school, with 32 students 1 9, and 2 4 6 faculty members, including 5 special teachers, who enjoyed the special allowance of the State Council 1 person, won the Soviet Mathematics Education Award1person, and 2 outstanding educators and model workers in the national education system. " It should be said that at that time, although our school continued to strengthen the construction of teaching staff through introduction, recruitment and training, there were still some problems: first, the teaching basic skills of a few young teachers needed to be improved urgently; Second, there are few famous teachers and backbone teachers, and most of the super teachers are not in the front line of teaching; Third, the quality of the class teacher team needs to be further strengthened. Based on the above two points, the project host, President Jiang Jianhua, declared the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" provincial key project "Research on the Construction of Teachers and Incentive Mechanism under the Background of New Curriculum" in line with the purpose of research-oriented schools.

Three. General situation of the overall implementation of the research.
The topic was officially opened in May 2006, and all members of the research group participated in the formulation of the research implementation plan, which was divided into 2 1 sub-topics for research. Because the general research group has always grasped the research direction and objectives and adopted the research methods of comprehensive regulation and key research, all special sub-research groups have completed the expected research tasks and achieved phased research results, and then the general research group will integrate and summarize them.
1. Topic selection stage: From September 2005 to September 2006, select a topic, hire experts to guide the overall planning, collect, sort out and analyze data, form a written report on the overall research plan of the topic, and start the topic in May 2006. The experts who participated in the demonstration included Yang Jiujun, director of the provincial teaching and research section, Hong, a special Chinese teacher, and Ren, a special Chinese teacher. Experts fully affirmed the great significance of this research, and at the same time put forward good guiding opinions on the research process and methods.
