1, not online. Observe the printer light. Under normal circumstances, the indicator light should always be on. If it is not turned on, you can check whether the printer power supply, power switch and cable are connected correctly.
2, need to restart. Turn off the printer and then turn it on again to reprint the document.
3. Default printer error. Open the devices and printers in the control panel and set the printer as the default printer.
According to the working mode, it is generally divided into needle printers, inkjet printers and laser printers.
1, stylus printer.
The stylus printer has the characteristics of medium resolution and printing speed, cheap consumables, high-speed line skipping, multiple copies printing, wide printing and convenient maintenance. However, due to its low printing quality and high working noise, it can not meet the needs of high-quality and high-speed commercial printing, and is often used to print reports and invoices in daily office and transaction processing.
The stylus printer hits the carbon paper through 24 needles in the print head, thus forming fonts. In use, the user can select multi-link paper as needed. Generally, there are 2, 3, and 4 copies of multi-copy paper, and some of them use 6-copy printing paper. One-time printing of multi-link paper can only be done quickly by needle printer, but ink jet printer and laser printer can't print multi-link paper.
2, inkjet printer.
Ink-jet printer has the advantages of good printing effect and low price, and also has more flexible paper processing ability. In the choice of printing media, inkjet printers also have certain advantages: they can print ordinary media such as envelopes and stationery, as well as various special media such as film, photo paper, CD cover, roll paper, T-shirts and transfer paper.
The principle of inkjet printing is to use piezoelectric driving device to fix the pressure on the ink in the nozzle and make it spray continuously. When recording, the vibration signal of the oscillator is used to excite the jet to generate ink drops, and the size and spacing of the ink drops are controlled.
The printing information from the character generator and analog modulator controls the charge on the telegram to form charged and uncharged ink drops, and then deflects the electrode to change the flying direction of the ink drops, so that the ink drops that need to be printed fly to the paper, resulting in character/graphic records.
3. Laser printer.
It is divided into black and white and color, which provides us with a printing method with higher quality, faster speed and lower cost. Its printing principle is to use a raster image processor to generate a bitmap of the page to be printed, and then convert it into an electrical signal and send it to a laser transmitter. Under the control of this series of pulses, the laser is released regularly.
When laser is emitted, a dot is generated, and when laser is not emitted, it is blank, so that a line of dots is printed on the receiver. Then the receiver rotates for a short fixed distance and continues to repeat the above operation. When the paper passes through the photosensitive drum, the colorant on the photosensitive drum will be transferred to the paper and printed as a bitmap of the page.
