The famous Dezhou Ancient Temple, one of the largest Pure Land Sect Dojo in North China, is this island Jinshan Temple.
Island Jinshan Temple is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction, which was built on the site of Jinshan Temple, an ancient island where Master Xuanzang became a monk in the Tang Dynasty. In other words, the Jinshan Temple, an island that tourists can see today, is not an ancient Jinshan Temple, but has been rebuilt in recent years.
As early as the early Ming Dynasty, the Jinshan Temple on the island was destroyed. As for the story of Master Xuanzang becoming a monk here, I believe everyone is familiar with it. It was the mother of Tang Priest in The Journey to the West who put her child down the river in a wooden box and was adopted by the old monk in the temple. This is the later Tang Priest.
Jinshan Temple on the island is a large-scale temple with prosperous Buddhist culture in history. This is a famous temple in Texas, which is often visited by pilgrims.

4. Dong Ziyuan
The so-called Dongzi Garden was built in memory of Dong Zhongshu, a great scholar in the Western Han Dynasty. There is a desk of Dongzi in the scenic spot. As early as the sixth year of the Ming Dynasty, when the Gong Xue (Confucian Temple) was renovated, the stone tablet of "Dongzi Reading Desk" in the Sui Dynasty was excavated, indicating that the places of interest here have existed since ancient times.
During the forty-three years of the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, the reading desk in Dong Zi and the shrine in Dong Zi were in disrepair and basically dilapidated, so they were rebuilt at that time. However, after the Republic of China, wars broke out one after another. Unfortunately, the reading platform in Dong Zi and the shrine in Dong Zi are in ruins. Now you can see Dong Zi Garden, which was naturally rebuilt by modern people, with a total area of 743 mu, claiming to invest 500 million yuan, including Dong Zi Cultural Street, Dong Zi Reading Desk and Liu Hu Academy.
5. Yellow River Old Road Park
Dezhou enjoys a unique geographical position, and the north and south are important. As for the old course of the Yellow River, it refers to Xiajin County, Dezhou City. It is a relic of the old Yellow River, located at the northeast of Xiajin County15km, with a width of 7km from east to west and a length of 8.3km from north to south. It has unique natural scenery, remarkable cultural and historical relics, and belongs to the national AAAA-level tourist scenic spot, with many ancient trees over 100 years old.
There are mainly Yishou Garden, Jinshi Garden, Wuxing Garden and Huailin Hunting Ground. Among them, Wuxing Garden has the ruins of Wu Xing Academy.
