Introduction of Deqing Xijiang Bridge?

Deqing Xijiang Bridge is located on the Xijiang River between the east side of Deqing County and Nanjiangkou Town of Yunan County. It is a bridge across Xijiang River on provincial highway S352, and the only bridge across Xijiang River between Zhaoqing and Wuzhou. The bridge is listed as one of the key construction projects in the province, and its construction is of great significance to improve the road network structure inside and outside the region, improve the investment environment, accelerate the economic development in the mountainous areas of western Guangdong, and strengthen the exchanges and contacts between people on both sides of the strait.

Construction scale and main technical indicators: the total length of Deqing Xijiang Bridge is 2,482.2 meters, of which the bridge length is 1.274.87 meters, the approach length is 1.207.33 meters, and the total project investment is 1.35 million yuan.

Bridge deck width: full bridge deck width 12.5m, clear width 1 1.5m, roadway 9m, sidewalks on both sides of the bridge respectively 1.25m, and 0.5m wide anti-collision guardrail is set outside.

Navigation standard: two main navigation holes and two auxiliary navigation holes, with a clear width of 90m for the main navigation hole, 70m for the auxiliary navigation hole and a clear height of 18m.

Construction of Xijiang Bridge: This project is jointly invested by Provincial Communications Department, Municipal Highway Bureau, Deqing County, luoding city, Yunan County and Hong Kong New World Group, with the proportion of Chinese contribution being 35% and foreign contribution being 65%. It was built by Provincial Changda Highway Co., Ltd. and County Highway Bureau.
