Visa to Japan (short-term business visa application procedures and required materials)
The following are the materials to be submitted when applying for a short-term business visa. The validity period of each material shall be within 3 months after issuance (if there is a validity period on the material, it shall be submitted within the validity period). Applications need to be handled through institutions designated by the library.

(Note) For business purposes, if the inviter is the head of a Japanese government ministry or a research institution with an independent state administrative legal person, or is a professor or associate professor at or above a university, the identity guarantee can be omitted, and the applicant can also omit the identity guarantee if he holds a business passport.
