I. Accommodation standard
Apartment dormitory (iron bed, electric fan, air conditioner, stainless steel shelf, hot water supply system, independent bathroom, etc.). ): 500 yuan/student/semester; Non-apartment dormitory (iron frame bed, air conditioner, electric fan, etc. ): 350 yuan/Student/Term. This accommodation fee is the highest charging standard, including the students' water supply and power supply quota (water quota of 5 cubic meters/month and electricity quota of 5 kWh/month). If the water supply and power supply quota is exceeded, the water and electricity prices stipulated by the government price department shall be charged separately.

Accommodation fees are charged by semester, and may not be collected in advance across semesters. It is strictly forbidden to add charging items, expand the charging scope and raise the charging standard without authorization. Schools should publicize information such as charging items, charging standards, charging units, charging basis, supervision and reporting telephone numbers, etc. through official websites, enrollment brochures, admission notices and publicity columns (billboards and publicity walls) set in prominent positions in schools, conscientiously do a good job in publicity and explanation and clearly mark prices, and consciously accept the supervision of students, parents and society.
