Is the library open on Monday?

Most libraries are open on Mondays. Provincial and municipal libraries are open seven days a week, and there is no rest on holidays unless there are special circumstances. Generally speaking, university libraries are open all week in spring and autumn semesters and closed in winter and summer vacations. Generally speaking, it is not the library but the museum that closes on Monday.
