3. Suspected of self-financing: In the lender's contract, some borrowers show car rental companies such as Beijing Jieyi, Anshun Jietai and Shandong Jietai. After investigation, Jingjieyi, Anshun Jietai, Shandong Jietai and other car rental companies are all wholly-owned investment companies of Zhongjie Puhui, and Ma Xiaojun is the major shareholder and director of Zhongjie Puhui and the actual controller of Jieyue Union. That is to say, Zhong Jie Puhui, represented by Ma Xiaojun, did not lend all the money of the lender's forward financial services to the borrower by using the associated forward financial service platform, but delivered it to his own enterprise peanut truck for financing through various channels.
