Pingxiang provident fund loan policy

The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Finance and the People's Bank of China recently jointly issued the Notice on Developing Personal Housing Loan Business of Housing Provident Fund. The notice requires that all localities should realize mutual recognition and transfer of housing provident fund deposits in different places and promote the loan business in different places. For those who have paid the housing provident fund in different places and paid it in the current deposit place for less than 6 months, the payment time can be calculated according to the payment certificate issued by the housing provident fund management center of the original deposit place.

The main contents of the new provident fund policy:

1. Employees who have continuously paid the housing provident fund in full for more than 6 months (inclusive) can apply for individual housing loans from the housing provident fund.

2. If the housing provident fund is deposited in different places and the deposit is less than 6 months, the deposit time can be calculated according to the deposit certificate issued by the housing provident fund management center of the original deposit place.

3. Housing provident fund loans are applicable to paid employees who purchase the first set of self-occupied housing or the second set of improved ordinary self-occupied housing, and may not be used for personal housing loans paid to employees' family housing provident fund for the third and above houses.

4. All provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government should realize mutual recognition and transfer of housing provident fund deposits in different places, and promote the loan business in different places, that is, employees can apply for housing provident fund personal housing loans from the housing provident fund management center where they work with the deposit certificate issued by the housing provident fund management center.

5. Housing provident fund Personal housing loan guarantee is mainly based on the purchased housing mortgage. Cancel housing provident fund, personal housing loan insurance, notarization, new house evaluation and compulsory agency guarantee fees.
