5. Be responsible for the follow-up of goods logistics.
6. Be responsible for tracking customers regularly and irregularly and receiving all kinds of complaints from customers.
7. Record customers' inquiries and complaints and answer them skillfully, and report major problems to superiors in time.
8. Purposefully and actively follow up with customers, keep dynamic records and improve customer files.
9. Communicate the orders and information of the company headquarters to the national agents and franchisees.
10. Contact the logistics department, such as confirming delivery, ordering, etc.

13. Standardize telephone answering, keep daily work records, fill in the work record form of customer service department carefully, and notify relevant personnel to handle it.
