Established in 1960, Hunan Traffic Planning Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. is a national first-class comprehensive large-scale survey and design enterprise with foreign cooperation qualification, and also a high-tech enterprise in Hunan Province. It has five first-class survey and design qualifications in the national engineering survey comprehensive category, highway industry, water transport industry, municipal public utilities industry (including road engineering, bridge engineering, urban tunnel engineering, public transportation engineering) and construction industry (construction engineering), and also has four first-class qualifications in the national engineering consultation, engineering survey, test detection and geological disaster prevention.
Hunan Road and Bridge Construction Group Company was founded in 1954, and has now developed into a comprehensive large-scale enterprise integrating highway bridges, tunnel engineering, landscape engineering, traffic engineering, building construction, scientific research and design, geological drilling, mechanical equipment and professional equipment manufacturing. It is the first batch of 19 national highway engineering construction general contracting enterprises confirmed and issued by the Ministry of Construction in 2002. It is the only construction enterprise with special construction qualification in Hunan Province.
