The samples that customers require to be temporarily kept shall be handled according to the customer's requirements, and the retained samples shall be sealed, marked, recorded and kept by inspectors according to the standards (specifications) for a specified period of time.

Establish a separate report account of unqualified test results, and report it on the platform of the supervision institution system every week. Establish engineering account for unqualified test results, and inform the construction unit, supervision unit and construction unit of the test results. The unqualified situation involving the structural safety test results shall be notified to the construction administrative department where the project is located within 24 hours. The account of unqualified items shall be kept by the business office for 6 years.

Establish a file management system for testing work. For example, inspection contracts, orders, original records and inspection reports shall be numbered uniformly every year, and the numbers shall be continuous, and shall not be withdrawn or altered at will. No unit or individual of the Company shall issue false test reports, express or imply the test results, and shall not tamper with or forge the test results.

Inspection personnel management: control the training, education, assessment, authorization and other activities of signatory personnel together with the personnel who issue the report. Operators engaged in testing should receive pre-job training and continuing re-education training. Implement pre-job training according to the annual training plan, and establish training records and employee training technical files.

The technical person in charge shall formulate the annual training plan and implementation plan according to the relevant technical standards and relevant documents of provinces and cities, and the testing personnel can engage in the corresponding testing work only after passing the training.

Through the effective monitoring of the company's testing work, ensure that the testing results are reliable and effective. The company actively participates in inter-laboratory capability verification and internal quality control organized by relevant departments. All kinds of results and records shall be filed and kept by the business room in time.

Test equipment and instrument control. The equipment and instruments purchased by the company shall be summarized by the business office. Apply for purchasing, investigate the resources of equipment service suppliers, and establish the supplier list. Establish procurement application, approval, delivery inspection and audit, and submit it to the legal measurement unit for correction. It can only be used after it is qualified.

Conduct self-inspection or maintenance management of shared equipment, and the business room shall establish equipment and instrument files.

Environmental condition control detection. All facilities and environment at the test site shall not adversely affect the test quality. Each test site shall establish, control and maintain facilities and environment according to test standards.

The technical person in charge shall formulate environmental control objectives, environmental requirements and environmental protection, and formulate corresponding management measures for solid waste treatment and dangerous goods disposal.

Test work and serve customers. Clear customer expectations to inquire about customer calls and undertake business feedback information and other activities.

The business office receives the collected information and establishes customer files, and issues a customer satisfaction questionnaire once a year.

All quality system documents of the company should be effectively controlled to meet the policies, norms, standards and requirements of the state, industry and superior departments. Testing personnel shall not work part-time or be employed by more than two testing units, and testing personnel shall not recommend or supervise building materials, building components and equipment.

In the daily supervision and management of testing personnel, the company should establish bad records of testing personnel. If it violates the mandatory standards of laws and regulations, it should establish bad records as one of the assessment indicators for testing personnel.

Those who violate these regulations should be punished. Those who are not qualified to engage in testing activities, use unqualified testing personnel or testing institutions to forge testing data, issue false testing reports, send testing samples in a fraudulent manner, have chaotic file management, and take advantage of their positions to accept other people's property or other benefits will be fined 1 10,000 yuan.
