Pei gongjia JIU

Jiangsu Peigong Liquor Co., Ltd., located in Peixian County, is one of the top 500 beverage producers in China and the main production base of Qu liquor in Jiangsu Province, with an annual production capacity of 1 10,000 tons. Peigong Liquor 1989 was awarded the title of "China Famous Trademark" by the Food Association of China Ministry of Light Industry. 1990 won the Quality Food Award of the Ministry of Light Industry; 1992 won the gold medal of China International Food Expo and the first national trust award for quality wine consumers in the 43rd anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China; 1995 won the gold medal of Jiangsu Food Expo and the products recommended by Consumers Association. Peigong trademark has been rated as a famous trademark in Jiangsu Province for three consecutive years, and "Peigong brand" Qujiu has been recognized as a famous brand product in Jiangsu Province for two consecutive years.

Guojia red-cooked chicken

In the Tang Dynasty, Qi Huangong was a military commander all his life, and many of his descendants were Xu. Ai Guo was loyal to the Six Sons, filial piety and righteousness, and once staged a golden branch and a jade leaf, which became a generation of anecdotes. Later generations used to be court chefs, and the roast chicken cooked with Guo's secret recipe was delicious and passed down from generation to generation! After years of vicissitudes, the taste has not changed. Later, Guo Dexiu, the person in charge of the company, moved to Gupei County for business in 1886, hence the name Gupei Guojia Roast Chicken Shop.

Giant sauce dog meat

Pei county dog meat is bright in color, fragrant, delicious and not fishy, with lasting flavor, tough but not stiff, rotten but not greasy. According to legend, after Liu Bang became the curator of Surabaya Pavilion, he often ate dog meat in Fan Kuai's shop and never paid the bill. Fan Kuai was very angry. So he moved the shop to the other side of the river, but nobody cared. Liu bang can't cross the river. Just when he was depressed, an old catfish passed by and continued to eat for free in Fan Kuai's shop. Fan Kuai to chase the old catfish, but also become angry from embarrassment. The old catfish fled, but Fan Kuai cut off a piece of nail fish. When Liu learned that Fan Kuai had injured the old catfish, he was so angry that he took all the knives used by Fan Kuai to cut dog meat and forbade him to use them again in the future. Fan Kuai had no choice but to tear up the dog meat and sell it by hand. Fan Kuai cooked turtle meat with dog meat, and he got "giant sauce dog meat". Therefore, the eating methods of "Fan Kuai dog meat is fragrant all over the city, Liu Bang can't eat it without eating it" and "Pei County dog meat doesn't need a knife" have been passed down to this day. 195 years ago, Emperor Gaozu Liu Bang put down the rebellion of Ying Bu, the king of Huainan, and passed through his hometown Pei County to entertain villagers, drink dog meat and booze, and wrote "Song of the Great Wind": "The wind blows and clouds fly, the weaver girl returns to her hometown sea, and the brave men are everywhere!"

Lizhai Pak Lei

Lizhai white crisp pear is full of color and fragrance, with yellow outside and white inside, bright color, thin and juicy skin, small core and fine meat. The sugar content of pear juice is 14- 16 degrees, which contains many vitamins and has high medicinal value. It has special effects of clearing away heat, moistening lung, resolving phlegm and relieving cough, etc., and it is of great benefit to human body if eaten regularly. The planting area of white crisp pear in Lizhai Township is 30,000 mu, with an annual output of 654.38 billion kilograms of high-quality white crisp pear, and it has won the title of excellent product of the Ministry, province and city year after year.

Cuizhai Tao Dong

At the end of the Qing Dynasty, Wu, a famous Xuzhou star, returned to his hometown of Cuizhai with the winter peaches from Xiangfan, Hubei. Winter peach trees grow and bear fruit naturally without grafting. In spring, it blooms seven or eight days earlier than ordinary peach trees. When the peach grows to the size of a cherry, it stops growing and starts growing again after autumn. It does not mature until the "heavy snow" season in winter, and the growing period is more than 250 days. Mature peaches have a layer of white fluff on the surface, with purple in the green and bright colors. The core is small, the core is reddish, and the pulp is close, which reminds people that it has experienced severe snow and cold, and it is dedicated to people. Winter peach is cold and sweet, which can treat diseases such as red eyes and sore throat, and has certain medicinal value.

Datun lijia red-cooked chicken

Datun Li roast chicken began in 1960s, and was initiated by Mr. Li. Li's first shop is the only authentic product in Datun. Peixian cold noodles

Peixian cold noodles, commonly known as noodle line, originated from Korean nationality and got its name because of the need of cold food. It is made of refined wheat flour by pressing at high temperature. Later, it spread to Pei county, because cold food was not suitable for southerners, and later it was changed to hot and cold food. Peixian cold noodles are deeply loved by people and have been passed down to this day, becoming local snacks with Peixian characteristics.
