The center implements the "Five-year Plan for Strengthening Employment Training and Improving Employment and Entrepreneurship Ability" around the provincial offices, timely publicizes national policies, promotes vocational training, expands entrepreneurial projects, summarizes new experiences and practices, and comprehensively and solidly carries out employment guidance and training. Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood, and entrepreneurship is the source of people's livelihood. The center has a team of senior full-time consultants, aiming at promoting social and economic development and serving youth employment and entrepreneurship, and providing services such as policy interpretation, information consultation, entrepreneurship guidance, financial support, training and actual combat for the majority of youth groups with employment and entrepreneurship aspirations.
The center has established training bases with more than 30 enterprises, jointly implemented order training and targeted employment with more than 0/00 universities in the province, and built a platform for school-enterprise cooperation to promote students' employment and meet the needs of employers.
