Sias College, formerly known as Sias International College of Zhengzhou University, was founded in 1998. Sias International College of Zhengzhou University is a Sino-foreign cooperative educational institution invested by Sias Group Company of the United States and cooperated with Zhengzhou University and Heisburg State University (FHSU) in Kansas.
It is the first full-time undergraduate college in Henan Province approved by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee to implement overseas bachelor's degree education cooperation program, and it is also the first batch of colleges and universities to pass the evaluation of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools by the Ministry of Education of China. In 20 18, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, it was transformed into an independent private undergraduate college.

The school is located in xinzheng city, Henan Province, the hometown of Xuanyuan Huangdi, the ancestor of Chinese humanities. It covers an area of more than 2,400 mu and has built more than 6,543,800 square meters of teaching rooms with different styles.
