(2) Organizing and implementing on-the-job training for tourism professionals (including star-rated hotels, travel agencies, scenic spots, resorts and tourist convoys);

(four) the establishment of tourism personnel files, to guide the exchange of tourism personnel, to provide tourism information consultation;
