1. Work unit: The work unit is the unit stamped on your application form, preferably a medical-related position. If another company used last year has changed this year, then use the current company to register. This is a very critical step, so be sure to fill it in accurately.

Duties and obligations

Licensed pharmacists should abide by the practice standards and business norms, and take ensuring and promoting the safety and effectiveness of drug use by the public as the basic criterion. Licensed pharmacists must strictly abide by the Drug Administration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and various laws and policies of the state on drug development, production, management and use.

Licensed pharmacists have the responsibility to put forward suggestions, stop and refuse to implement acts or decisions that violate the Drug Administration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant laws and regulations, and report to the local drug supervision and administration department. Licensed pharmacists are responsible for the supervision and management of drug quality within the scope of practice, participate in the formulation and implementation of the total quality management system for drugs, and participate in the handling of violations within the unit.

Licensed pharmacists are responsible for the review and deployment of prescriptions, providing medication consultation and information, guiding rational drug use, and carrying out clinical pharmacy work such as therapeutic drug monitoring and drug efficacy evaluation. A pharmaceutical retail enterprise shall publicize the Licensed Pharmacist Registration Certificate in a prominent position, and list the licensed pharmacists who are practicing on the job. When licensed pharmacists are not on duty, they should be publicized in an eye-catching way and stop selling prescription drugs and Class A over-the-counter drugs.
