The story is about a scientist, Mr Pierre Aronnax. He traveled around the world looking for a big whale. Later he found the whale, but he fell into the sea. His servant Conseil was a whaler, and Ned rescued him to the shore of the whale. They noticed that it was a submarine. Suddenly, a door opened and some people came out and took him into the submarine. Captain Nero told them that they could travel in a submarine named Nautilus. They can see many interesting things, but they can't go home. They said that Mr. Pierre Aronnax was very happy because he was a scientist and he could find many kinds of fish in the sea. They are fishing underwater with Nemo. They traveled to this town underwater. They traveled 20,000 leagues underwater. But they are not very happy. They tried to escape.
