Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated according to the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Vocational Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), and the policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education on college entrance examination enrollment, combined with the actual situation of our university.
Chapter II Organizational Structure
Article 2 Under the leadership of the Party Committee of the school, an enrollment working committee composed of the principal leaders of the school, the leaders in charge of the school, the party and government offices, the academic affairs office, the discipline inspection and supervision office and the heads of other relevant departments shall be established to be responsible for formulating enrollment plans, determining enrollment policies and rules, and deciding on major enrollment matters.
Article 3 The Academic Affairs Office of a school is a permanent organization that organizes and implements enrollment and related work, and is specifically responsible for the daily work of enrollment.

Chapter IV Basic Situation of the School

Baoding Teachers' College is a public full-time general college approved by Hebei Provincial People's Government in February 20 13, which was rebuilt and upgraded on the basis of the original Baoding Teachers' College Zhuozhou Branch. The school is now "one school and two districts", with the main campus in Zhuozhou and the south campus in Dingxing County. Chapter V Enrollment Plan
Article 11? The overall enrollment plan of the school shall be subject to the business plan issued by the Education Department of Hebei Province, and the enrollment plans by province and specialty shall be subject to the announcement of the competent department of college entrance examination in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Chapter VI Application Conditions
Article 12 Schools shall strictly implement the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination in Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to Cancellation of Hepatitis B Detection in Enrollment Physical Examination in Colleges and Universities, and the Standards and Measures for Physical Examination of Teachers in Hebei Province. The physical health requirements for the candidates who apply for the normal education major in our school are as follows:
(1) Color blindness, weak color and stuttering are not suitable for the exam.
(2) Those with dull sense of smell, abnormal gait, hunchback, facial scar, hemangioma, melanocytic nevus and vitiligo should not apply for the exam.
(3) Those whose ears are less than 3 meters, or those whose ears are 5 meters and the other ear is completely deaf, are not allowed to apply for the exam.
Chapter seven? Subject selection requirements
Thirteenth provinces that implement the new college entrance examination reform have the following requirements for elective subjects: physics or history can be the first elective subject, and the second elective subject can be optional. Provinces that have not implemented the reform of the college entrance examination enrollment system do not make any requirements for the selected subjects.
Chapter VIII Access Principles
Article 14 Schools strictly implement the relevant provisions of the enrollment policies of the Ministry of Education and the provinces of origin, adhere to the principles of fairness, justice, openness and merit-based, take the results of the college entrance examination as the main basis for admission, and comprehensively measure morality, intelligence and physique.
Fifteenth candidates who enter our school and enter the archives shall be arranged according to the principle of "voluntary priority": those who cannot enter the first voluntary major shall be admitted according to the second voluntary, and so on. When the candidates' professional volunteers can't be fully satisfied, if the majors are adjusted, they will be randomly adjusted to the majors whose admission plans are not full; If you don't obey professional adjustment, you will be dismissed.
Article 16 When the total cultural scores (including policy bonus points) of candidates applying for general majors are the same, the candidates in the provinces of the new college entrance examination reform will compare the sum of Chinese and math scores, Chinese scores, math scores, foreign language scores and preferred subjects in turn, with the highest score being preferred; If they are still the same, compare the volunteer order of the candidates. Those with the same volunteer order will be admitted first, and those with the same volunteer order will be admitted according to the comprehensive quality evaluation of senior high school students. Candidates in provinces that have not implemented the college entrance examination reform have their scores in Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages in turn, and those with high scores are preferred; If they are still the same, compare the volunteer order of the candidates. Those with the same volunteer order will be admitted first, and those with the same volunteer order will be admitted according to the comprehensive quality evaluation of senior high school students.
Article 17? Music education, art education, painting and calligraphy (illustration direction) majors are only enrolled in Hebei Province. Candidates' professional scores must use the unified examination results of relevant art majors in Hebei Province and recognize the rules of Hebei Province. According to the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers", the candidates are admitted in the order of high scores to low scores; For the candidates with the same score, compare the total cultural scores (including policy points), Chinese scores, math scores and foreign language scores in turn, with the highest score being preferred; If they are still the same, they will be selected according to the comprehensive quality evaluation of senior high school students.
Article 18? Physical education majors only enroll students in Hebei province, and the scores of general physical education majors in Hebei province are taken as professional scores. When the ideological and political moral assessment is qualified, the physical condition meets the requirements, and the professional and cultural achievements reach the admission control score line, according to the principle of "score first, follow the will", the candidates will be admitted from high to low according to their comprehensive scores; For the candidates with the same score, compare the total cultural scores (including policy points), Chinese scores, math scores and foreign language scores in turn, with the highest score being preferred; If they are still the same, they will be selected according to the comprehensive quality evaluation of senior high school students.
Nineteenth English education majors only recruit English language candidates, and candidates from other majors are not limited to foreign languages, but after enrollment, foreign language teaching in our school only offers English.
Chapter IX Enrollment Specialty and Charge Standard
Article 20 The enrollment majors of our school in 2022 are preschool education, early education, primary English education, physical education, music education, art education, painting and calligraphy art (illustration direction), primary education (comprehensive liberal arts education), primary education (comprehensive science education), infant care service and management, etc.
Article 21? According to national regulations, students have to pay tuition and accommodation fees when they enter school and during their studies. The school strictly implements the charging standards approved by Hebei Provincial Price Bureau and Hebei Provincial Department of Education to charge students tuition and accommodation fees.

Chapter X Student Financial Aid Policy

Children from poor families in Hebei Province who study in our school and receive full-time academic education and are officially registered are exempt from tuition, accommodation and teaching materials fees and enjoy state grants; For students with financial difficulties, the school opens up a green channel to ensure that new students report directly to the school.

Article 23? The Admissions Office of the Academic Affairs Office of the school is responsible for the enrollment work and does not entrust any intermediary agencies.
Article 24? The admission results are published through the websites of the departments in charge of enrollment in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the school official website.
Article 25? After the new students report for duty, the school should carry out the new students' admission qualification and physical review, and cancel their admission qualification if they practise fraud and do not meet the admission requirements.
