1. Inquire whether the carrying conditions are met: edit the short message "CXXZ# name # ID number" and send it to the customer service number of the carrier to find out whether the carrying conditions are met;
2. Obtain the authorization code: edit the short message "SQXZ# name # ID number" to the operator's customer service number;
3. Import: After obtaining the authorization code, the importer's sales staff will apply for import and open a new card for you in the system.
