1. Emergency repair: When the vehicle cannot run normally due to mechanical failure, emergency repair service is provided free of charge.
2. Battery charging: When the vehicle is unable to run due to insufficient battery power, charging service is provided free of charge.
3. Replace the spare tire: When the vehicle cannot run due to tire failure, the replacement spare tire shall be provided free of charge (the cardholder shall prepare the spare tire).
4. Emergency oil delivery/water filling: When the vehicle runs out of fuel, oil delivery service is provided free of charge (3 liters of oil is delivered free of charge, and the oil fee is charged according to the market price), and water filling service is provided free of charge when the engine fails to run due to overheating or water shortage.
5. Providing traffic accident information consulting service: When a vehicle has a traffic accident, provide the cardholder with accident handling information consulting service.
6. There is no charge for professional vehicles to tow 50 kilometers at a time. Those exceeding 50km shall be collected at the site according to the standard of not exceeding 10 yuan/km. Each car is limited to one free trailer every day.
