Reader card function

4. Borrow Chinese books and audio-visual products and browse children's digital resources in children's literature area with children's reader card.
5. Give priority to all kinds of public lectures and reader activities held by our library.
Legal basis:
Article 495 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Civil Code stipulates: subscription book, order book, appointment book, etc. If the parties agree to conclude a contract within a certain period of time in the future, it constitutes an appointment contract.
