Anjia is an urban workplace drama, directed by An Jian and starring Sun Li, Luo Jin and Alina Zhang. The play tells the story of Fang, the regional manager of Anjiatianxia Intermediary Company, parachuting into Jingyi Store and competing with the manager of two stores. As real estate agents, they should not only help customers settle down, but also witness the stories of joys and sorrows in their lives.
"settling down" involves some unique phenomena and working conditions of the real estate intermediary industry. Taking "settling down" as the proposition, this paper probes into the answers to such questions as "what is the relationship between the intermediary and the customer" and "whether the intermediary should be responsible for the customer's purchase choice", and the cohesion, security and sense of belonging behind "home" are also presented.
Detailed plot of "settlement"
Fang's young age is a gold-lettered signboard of Anjiatianxia intermediary company. At the request of her boss Zhai, she parachuted into lean shop as a dual manager. Xu Wenchang, the former manager of this shop, is a "noble man". He respected the management mode of "human mobility" and disdained dealing with despicable opponents.
After taking office, the room was like brocade, and the Leifa wall was used to clear the field, fight back against foreign enemies and clean the cold blood at home. Although everyone is miserable under the iron and blood management of the room, the improvement of performance has really inspired the morale of the store. The management style and the way of doing things are completely opposite to those of Xu Wenchang, and the salespeople are also in a dilemma in the competition between the two "immortals".
As real estate agents, they not only help customers buy houses, sell houses and rent houses, but also often participate in their lives and witness the singing and dancing in their lives.
