In order to strengthen road traffic management, maintain traffic order and ensure safe and smooth roads, according to the provisions of Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, our bureau has implemented management measures to restrict the passage of coaches on some roads in our city. Hereby notify as follows:
First, the city issued a motor vehicle license plate for coaches.
It is forbidden to pass in urban areas from 0: 00 to 24: 00 every day (S3 Guangshen Yanjiang Expressway, G4 Guangshen Expressway, G 15 Jihe Expressway, S3 Nanguang Expressway, S3 1 Long Da Expressway, G94 Meiguan Expressway, S29 Qingping Expressway, G4E Salt Pai Expressway, S28 Shuiguan Expressway, G4E Boshen Expressway, S30 Shenhui Coastal Expressway (G94).
Two, the city issued a motor vehicle license plate coach car.
(a) the following sections are prohibited from 7: 00 to 20: 00 on weekdays:
Nanshan District 1: Shenwan No.1 Road (two-way from Baishi Road to Binhai Avenue), Baishi No.2 Road (two-way from Shahe East Road to Shenwan No.2 Road), Baishi No.3 Road (two-way from Shahe East Road to Shenwan No.1 Road), Shenwan No.4 Road, Shenwan No.5 Road, Keyuan Road, Keyuan South Road, Gaoxinzhong No.1 Road, Gaoxinzhong No.2 Road, Gaoxinzhong No.3 Road and Gaoxinzhong No.4 Road.
2. Cross-regional section: Baishi Road
(two) from 0: 00 to 24: 00 every day, the coach car is prohibited from entering the road;
Futian District 1: Roads in Futian Free Trade Zone.
2. Nanshan District: Chaguang Road (Le Tong Road to Chuangke Road), Chuangke Road (Chaguang Road to Dashiyi Road) and Dashiyi Road (Le Tong Road to Chuangke Road).
3. Longgang District: Huancheng Road (from Wuhe Avenue to Banxuegang Avenue), Jiaxian Road, Long Ping Road, Beier Road (from Meiguan Expressway to Banxuegang Avenue), Chongzhi Avenue (from Beier Road to Huancheng Road), Jiaxian Road, Zhangheng Road, Madame Curie Avenue, Banxuegang Avenue (from Ji Hua Road to Huancheng Road) and Wuhe Avenue (from Ji Hua Road to Huancheng Road).
4. Baoan District: Jinke Road, Luotian Road, Xingye Road (south of Xin 'an Sixth Road), Xinhu Road (south of Xin 'an Sixth Road) and Fuyuan No.1 Road.
Longhua District: Qingxin Road (Qingning Road to Qing Xiang Road), Qingning Road (Qingxin Road to Qingqing Road), Qingqing Road, Li Qing Road, Qing Xiang Road (Qingqing Road to Qingxin Road), Huanuan South Road (North Section of Golf Avenue), No.3 Road, Dezheng Road (East Section of Shiyan Outer Ring Road), Shilongzai Road, Langrong Road and Lang Hua Road.
6. Pingshan District: Songqing West Road (east of Julongshan 4th Road), Qinglan 1st Road, Qinglan 2nd Road and Zhu Lan East Road (Qinglan 1st Road to Qinglan 2nd Road).
7. Guangming District: Gaoxin West Road (Mudun No.1 Road to Dongming Avenue), Dongming Avenue, Fenggui Road, Zhoujia Avenue (Jufeng Road to Huayu Road), Jufeng Road (Zhoujia Avenue to Guangming Avenue), Huayu Road (Zhoujia Avenue to Dongming Avenue) and Huaxia No.2 Road (Dongming Avenue to Jufeng Road).
8. Dapeng New District: Shuichang Road, Yintan Road (Shuichang Road to Binhai Second Road), Binhai Second Road (Yintan Road to Yegong Avenue) and Chuangfu Road.
Three, the term "coach car" as mentioned in these Measures refers to a coach car logo, a coach car license issued by the road transport management institution, and engaged in driving teaching activities in accordance with the provisions of the spraying coach car logo pattern.
Four, in violation of the provisions of this notice of road safety violations, will be punished according to law. Please pay attention to the changes of traffic signs and markings and obey the command of traffic police.
This circular will be implemented from1October 2019 10 to May 2020 10.
