Second, the application materials
1, the first step
Report to the local security checkpoint. There are three types of security personnel, thirteen of which need to be declared. (Personnel who have passed the examination and have been trained by the local construction safety department shall be uniformly distributed by the construction department. Thirteen are brochures providing basic information of enterprises) (The three types of safety officers are certificate A of the person in charge of the enterprise, certificate B of the person in charge of the enterprise project, and certificate C of the full-time safety production manager. The three types of personnel are postponed every three years. Continue to receive education before the extension, and issue a certificate of continuing education after passing the continuing education. )
Step 2
After passing the audit, it will be reported to the security checkpoints of cities, and those who pass the audit will be reported to the Ministry of Construction. The local construction department will organize experts to continue the evaluation, and those who pass will be certified. Unqualified ones should be rectified and reported as soon as possible.
Step 3
The safety license is extended every three years. Invalid without extension.
