This project is the renovation and decoration project of the administrative building of Nanjing Art Institute. The original building was an ancient brick-wood structure in China, built at 1954. The building has four floors in the middle, three retractable tile roofs on both sides and two flat roofs on both ends. The building area is about 5200m2. The building adopts prefabricated floor slab, and the roof structure is wood frame large tile roof. The main construction contents include:

3. The enterprise has completed a building decoration project of more than 5,000 square meters in the past three years (a copy of the contract is attached, and the winning bidder needs to review the original);
Third, the tender requirements:
1. Contract method: contracting for work and materials.
2. Project quality requirements: it meets the national acceptance standards, and the project quality warranty shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national regulations (specific requirements shall be signed with the winning bidder in the contract).
3. The bidder shall provide "comprehensive unit price analysis table of partial bill of quantities", "cost analysis table of measures and projects" and "price list of main materials and equipment", and the data provided must be subdivided into the consumption composition of people, materials and machines.
4. The fourth item of the "summary table of unit project cost" shall list the name and amount of each item.
5. The bidding quotation of this project shall conform to the valuation format of bill of quantities and the relevant provisions of the Jiangsu Provincial Construction Department Su (20xx) No.374 Code for Valuation of Bill of Quantities of Construction Projects in Jiangsu Province.
6. The total bid price quoted by the bidder shall be the sum of all the payment amounts proposed by the bidder in the tender documents, and also the total cost of completing the projects listed in the bill of quantities in the tender documents. Including partial project fees, measures and project fees, other project fees, fees and taxes. The comprehensive unit price includes labor cost, material cost, machinery use fee, management fee and profit required to complete the unit project specified in the bill of quantities, and risk factors are considered.
The bidder shall check the consistency between the project description of partial bill of quantities and the bidding drawings according to the bidding drawings, raise questions within 7 days after receiving the bidding documents, and make adjustments after being checked by the bill of quantities preparation unit.
Bidders can only make bid quotations according to the bill of quantities and revised documents (if any) issued by the tenderee.
7. Unless the tenderer modifies the tender documents, the bidder shall fill in the unit price and total price according to the bill of quantities provided by the tenderer and its pricing format. If the bidder fails to fill in the unit price or total price of the project, it shall be deemed that the project cost has been included in other valuable unit prices or total prices. After implementation, the tenderer will not pay separately.
Only one quotation is allowed for each project, and any selective quotation will not be accepted.
8. Bidders can go to the site first to fully understand the site location, conditions, roads, storage space, loading and unloading restrictions and any other circumstances that may affect the bid price. Any claim or application for extension of construction period due to neglect or misunderstanding of site conditions will not be approved.
9. The cost of all construction schemes, as well as the test and inspection costs required for quality inspection or inspection of materials and components according to the requirements of national standards or construction acceptance specifications, shall be included in the details deemed appropriate by the tenderer and reflected in the quotation analysis of the bill of quantities. If the details are not listed in the quotation analysis of bill of quantities, the cost of construction scheme and test and detection shall be deemed to have been apportioned in the detailed quotation of the contract approved by the bidder.
10. The bidder shall make an independent quotation according to the technical level, management level and proposed construction scheme of the enterprise, and the unit price, management fee, profit and measure fee of labor, materials and machinery can be determined independently. Consumption can also be adjusted appropriately, but the number of related pricing tables in Jiangsu Province, the work content of subheads, the calculation rules of quantities, the division of measures fees, the calculation of fees and taxes, etc. should be implemented according to regulations.

12. The bidder shall not charge the following uncompetitive fees to change the standard:

(5) Taxation
(6) The prices of materials and equipment and provisional expenses listed in the tender documents.

13. Time limit for a project:
The winning bidder will enter the site immediately after winning the bid. From the date of entering the site to August 20xx 10, the reinforcement construction unit will give up part of the working face, and the decoration will cross the reinforcement construction. The decoration project was fully constructed on August 1 1 day of 20xx, and the decoration project was completed and accepted on September 30, 20xx, and put into use. If it is not completed on time, it will be fined 0.3% of the bid price for each day of delay.

Four. Payment method:
Payment and settlement of the project price: 20% of the contract price shall be paid within 10 days after the project starts; When the project construction reaches 70% of the contents of the drawings, 20% of the contract price shall be paid; When the project is completed on schedule, 30% of the contract price will be paid, the rest will be paid to 90% of the audit price after the completion acceptance audit, and the rest will be paid in one lump sum after one year without quality problems.
