Qujiang Hanyao Park is a love theme cultural park, and it is also the place where the story in the famous drama Wang Baochuan takes place. Wang Baochuan, the third daughter of Wang Yun, the prime minister of the Tang Dynasty, fought for freedom of marriage and remained faithful to love. She stayed in the cold kiln for eighteen years, and finally waited for her husband Xue Pinggui to reunite with her in Chang 'an.
There are Zhenlie Hall, Wang Fu Hall, Xue Pinggui Hall and Wang Baochuan Hall in the ruins park, as well as statues such as "Ping Gui Descending the Horse", "Ping Gui Bie Kiln", "Wang Baochuan Digging Wild Vegetables" and "Wang Mu Exploring Kiln".
Hanyao site protection area is the core area of the park and the main area for tourists to visit. A museum with the theme of "Cold Kiln Story" has been built here, which reproduces the legendary love story between Wang Baochuan and Xue Pinggui through phantom imaging and multimedia interaction.
There are sometimes antique performances in the park. The performances are all based on the story of the cold kiln in that year, and are composed of songs such as recruiting relatives, recruiting soldiers and returning to the DPRK, which completely show the scene at that time.
