2. Families settled in 2.Xi 'an New District: those settled before June 20th can be purchased normally; If you settle down after June 2 1, you can only buy it if you have settled down for 1 year or provide proof of continuous 12 months of social security (individual tax) payment.

3.Xi 'an has no household registration: if you don't have a house but have social security for 5 years or more, you can buy 1 apartment in the restricted area; Without social security, you can't buy a house in a restricted area; Special talents introduced by the government are not restricted by the purchase restriction policy.

Xi' an house purchase lottery policy

2. Just define family conditions:

Just-needed families must meet the following three conditions:

3. The definition of frequency:

2)2 times: I did not participate in the house selection in order for 2 consecutive times, and I can't register again within 6 months; Cancellation of contract for two consecutive times after house selection, and re-registration is not allowed within 1 year;
