Enrollment principle
Conscientiously implement the Compulsory Education Law and the Regulations on Compulsory Education in Zhejiang Province, adhere to the principles of "enrolling students nearby, marking enrollment", "choosing schools by public schools instead of private schools" and "focusing on the government of the inflow area and focusing on public schools", ensure the openness, fairness and justice of the enrollment process, and effectively protect the rights of school-age children of registered households and children of floating population who meet the enrollment conditions in the region to receive compulsory education.
Enrollment goal
School-age children who have reached the age of 6 (born on September +0 1 day, 2065438 to August +02, 2065438) and meet one of the following conditions:
1. Children registered in Liandu;
2. Children of floating population who meet the admission requirements;
3. According to the relevant policy documents of provinces, municipalities and districts, school-age children who need to receive compulsory education in our district.
note:
School-age hearing-impaired and mentally retarded children with local household registration (reaching the level of mental retardation of Grade II and above) shall, in principle, apply for Lishui Special Education School (Liandu School for Mental Retardation).
School-age children need to postpone their enrollment due to their physical condition, and their parents (or other legal guardians) shall submit a written application (with a hospital certificate), which can be postponed after the consent of the local township government (street office) and the approval of the District Education Bureau.

Registration method
(1) Public primary schools in urban areas
1. Registration method
(1) freshmen with urban household registration (including Liancheng Street) register online, and the online registration time is from 8: 30 on June 5th to 8: 30 on June 8th 17:30. For details of online registration, please see Annex I at the end of the article.
(2) Children of urban residents' families, children of overseas Chinese, children of compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, children of servicemen stationed in Dalian and other policy students are enrolled on the spot. The registration time is June 9 (8: 30 am-1:30 am, afternoon 14: 30- 17: 30 pm).
The following materials shall be provided when registering the children of urban demolition and resettlement households:
Original house demolition and resettlement agreement, real estate certificate of resettlement house (title certificate), original and photocopy of household registration book.
When overseas Chinese children return to China for registration, they shall provide the following materials:
① Original and photocopy of children's passport and photocopy of parents' passport;
(2) The original identity certificates of parents and overseas Chinese issued by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office;
(3) The original and photocopy of the household registration book and real estate license of the child guardian (registered in Liandu City);
(4) The original and photocopy of the notarial certificate of the child guardian handled by the domestic notary office or the foreign embassy in China.
Children of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan compatriots are required to provide the following materials when entering school:
Original and photocopy of parents' investment or work certificate in Liandu;
The residence certificate of the children and their parents in Liandu (issued by the public security organ), the original and photocopy of the passport;
(3) The original and photocopy of the identity documents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan children and their parents;
(4) Original and photocopy of children's physical examination certificate issued by Lishui city-level and above hospitals.
2. Admission method
(1) The enrollment of freshmen with urban household registration is based on the principle of "consistent households, enrollment nearby, and overall arrangement".
When the number of applicants exceeds the school district enrollment plan, according to the household registration and family housing situation of school-age children, they will be admitted in the following order:
(1) The household registration of school-age children is the same as that of parents and family housing (subject to the real estate license owned by parents), and they are all in the school district, so they are admitted in the first batch.
② The household registration of school-age children is the same as that of grandparents. If grandparents live in the school district, the second batch of students will be admitted (subject to the real estate license of grandparents).
③ If the household registration of school-age children is settled in the school district, but does not belong to the above two categories, the third batch will be accepted.
When the number of school-age children enrolled in the same batch exceeds the school district enrollment plan, they will be admitted according to their household registration time. School-age children who fail to attend school, as well as school-age children registered and settled after May 25th, 20 18, will be arranged by the District Education Bureau as a whole.
(II) Children of martyrs, eligible children of servicemen, children of police heroes and disabled policemen who died in the line of duty, and children of other entitled groups are enrolled in schools in accordance with the Measures for the Education of Children of Soldiers, the Notice of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Education on Further Strengthening and Improving the Education of Children of Police Heroes and Disabled Policemen who died in the line of duty, and the Implementation Measures for the Education of Children of Soldiers; Implementation Opinions (Zhejiang Zhenglian [2065438+03] No.2) and other preferential education policies.
(3) Children of overseas Chinese and children of compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan shall follow the Opinions of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Zhejiang Provincial People's Government on Further Improving the Work of Overseas Chinese Children Returning to China for Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens (Zhejiang [20 10] 150) and the Opinions of Zhejiang Provincial Education Department of Taiwan Province Affairs Office of Zhejiang Provincial People's Government on Further Improving the Work of Overseas Chinese Children Returning to China for Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens.
(IV) Children of demobilized military cadres, children of cadres aiding Tibet and Xinjiang, children of high-level talents, children of courageous people, children of senior executives of key enterprises in the region, children of families of urban demolition and resettlement households and other policy students shall be implemented according to relevant municipal and district policies and regulations.
3. Division of school districts
According to the school layout, enrollment scale and the number of school-age freshmen, the division of some primary school districts in urban areas this year has been adjusted on the basis of last year. Details of school district division are as follows:

Township primary school freshmen are responsible for the enrollment work (Bihu Town primary school enrollment work is organized and implemented by Bihu Town People's Government and schools according to the enrollment policy of the whole region, and the District Education Bureau is responsible for guiding and coordinating the work). School-age children must provide children's and parents' household registration books and children's planned immunization certificates when they enter school.
(3) Private primary schools
Private primary schools enroll students according to the principle of "voluntary parents and independent schools", which will be completed before the end of June (the enrollment time of children of urban migrant workers is synchronized with that of public primary schools in principle). Private primary schools recruit first-grade school-age children by parents, and the school recruits students independently through interviews. The enrollment measures, enrollment advertisements and enrollment brochures shall be implemented after being approved by the District Education Bureau.

School-age children with household registration in Liandu have been admitted to private primary schools, and will no longer participate in public primary school enrollment.
(4) Measures for admission of migrant children
According to the principle of "territorial management", the children of migrant workers should receive compulsory education at their domicile. School-age children whose parents really apply to study in urban public primary schools because they work in Liandu City, according to their parents' housing (full property rights), employment, payment of basic old-age insurance for urban workers and handling the "Zhejiang Residence Permit", the corresponding admission measures shall be formulated separately by the District Education Bureau.
