In the past ten years, both the changes in the world situation and the social and economic development in China have constantly put forward new challenges and requirements for the quality of talents. The cultivation of "responsibility and habit" covers the comprehensive requirements of quality education. First, it conforms to the development of all children. However, many of our teachers are more concerned about how to teach knowledge to students, without thinking about what support students need to learn knowledge. In fact, knowledge learning does not rely on indoctrination, but needs the support of students' various qualities. Many children's academic achievements are not ideal, not because they are stupid, but because they lack sense of responsibility and perseverance, are inattentive to study, can't observe, can't think, are indifferent to people, lack inner world, and have insufficient information reserves in their brains. Such a knife will inevitably hit the woodcutter by mistake.
Through the method of "writing a note every day", we pay attention to cultivating students' sense of responsibility and habits and comprehensively solve these problems. All the students are required to take a notebook with them. Every day, they revolve around "What did I find today?" "Who should I thank today?" These two questions recorded my own experience. This is a simple and easy thing, but behind the simplicity lies our deep intention:
1, people's sense of responsibility is gradually formed in the process of completing a certain task, and it will change and expand with the change of practical activities. At the same time, the cultivation of this kind of emotion makes children more alive and blood, and their chests are full of passion. What's more beneficial is that "one note a day" has become a bright window for teachers to understand students' thoughts, emotions, attitudes and values, so that teachers can adjust their strategies well and teach in a targeted way.
Our teacher also takes notes with the students, but what he remembers is the students' "one note a day" study. The work is easy at first, but it is difficult to stick to it and make great progress for students. Therefore, researchers and educators need to get involved. The researchers of the Science Planning Office of Xiamen Academy of Educational Sciences and our teachers practice research together, and hold an exchange seminar once a month to study the thorny issues of "keeping a diary every day", such as no content to remember, running accounts, and difficulty in sticking to it, and adjust the strategies in time. In the content of methods, let students remember and gradually turn to providing a certain range of topics for students to choose independently, at least let middle and lower students find their own concerns and solve the problem of "cooking without rice". Our junior high school was founded eight years ago and graduated six times. The results of the senior high school entrance examination for six consecutive years are much higher than the average score of the whole city, which has created excellent results for more than 50% students to be admitted to provincial first-class high schools.
