College enrollment follows the principles of fair competition, fair selection and open procedures; To implement the enrollment policies formulated by the Ministry of Education and the enrollment committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the relevant provisions promulgated by the articles of association; Taking candidates' wishes and college entrance examination results as the main admission basis, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.
Article 9? For the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government that practice "sequential volunteering", the principle of giving priority to college volunteering is adopted, that is, candidates who apply for the first voluntary college are admitted from high to low according to the college volunteering order reported by the candidates. Only when the number of applicants from the first voluntary college in the same batch announced by the provinces is less than the enrollment plan, the candidates who apply for the second voluntary college will be admitted, and so on.
For the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government that implement parallel volunteer, the admission regulations of the admissions committee where the candidates are located shall be implemented.
Article 10? The principle of professional admission is to give priority to the score of the file, that is, first queue the candidates' files within the file range from high score to low score, and then enroll them according to the professional volunteer order reported by the candidates. If the candidate's score does not reach the first professional volunteer admission score, that is, whether it reaches the second professional volunteer admission score, and so on until the last professional volunteer. Article 12? Candidates from all provinces (cities) who implement the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination must meet the requirements of the subjects selected by the college. Article 24? The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
