Mention five world-class landmark business districts.

This will be the five "urban centers" of Guangzhou in the future.

As we all know, in June+10 last year, Guangzhou proposed to build an internationally renowned business circle system of "5+2+4" in the "14th Five-Year Plan" for service industry development, and this business circle system was confirmed again in the "14th Five-Year Plan" for commercial development in Guangzhou.

According to the plan, Guangzhou will cultivate, enlarge and strengthen five world-class landmark business districts, namely:

Tianhe Road-Zhujiang New Town, Chimelong-Wanbo, Financial City-Huangpu Bay, White Swan Pool and Guang Zhouta-Pazhou.

For many cities, landmark business district is often the "city center" of a city. There are several landmark business districts and several "city centers".

Therefore, the five world-class landmark business districts in Guangzhou can be largely understood as the five municipal "city centers" in Guangzhou in the future.

This will break the single-center pattern of "Tianhe Road-Zhujiang New Town" and split Guangzhou from 1 "city center" to five "city centers".

Taking stock of these five "urban centers", except Tianhe Road-Zhujiang New Town is a mature business district, the other four are emerging business districts under construction. Comparatively speaking, Baiyun New Town and Huangpu Science City, which had a high voice before, were relatively lost, and they were still not selected as landmark business districts, only reflected in the "urban characteristic business districts".

As for the traditional business districts such as Beijing Road and Shangxiajiu in the old city, although they were not selected as landmark business districts, they were included in the "Lingnan Characteristic Business District with World Influence", which will be further upgraded and intellectualized!

Following the five world-class landmark business districts, there are two "Lingnan characteristic business districts with world-class influence", namely:

Guangfu Vitality Zone (Beijing Road-Haizhu Square) and Daxiguan (Shangxiajiu-Yongqingfang).
