Where can I check the issuance of real estate licenses?
According to the relevant provisions of the Interim Measures for Inquiring about Housing Ownership Registration Information (J.J.F. [2006] No.244) issued by the Ministry of Construction, the inquirer can inquire about the housing record information when providing the number of the house (room number and location) or the ownership certificate, as well as the matters to be inquired. Therefore, after the location of the house or the number of the ownership certificate is clearly inquired, bring my valid identity document and apply to the local housing security and real estate administration for inquiry.
After inquiry, the property I bought was not registered as mortgage. Is this safe? Article 8 The original registration certificate can be inquired according to the following scope:
(a) the owner of the house or his client may inquire about the original registration certificate related to the house rights;
(2) The heirs, donees and legatees of the house can inquire about the original registration certificate related to the house;
(3) State security organs, public security organs, procuratorial organs, judicial organs, discipline inspection and supervision departments and securities supervision departments may inquire about the original registration certificates directly related to the investigation and handling of cases;
(4) Notary institutions and arbitration institutions may inquire about the original registration certificates directly related to notarization and arbitration matters;
(5) The parties to an arbitration matter or litigation case may inquire about the original registration certificate directly related to the arbitration matter or litigation case;
(6) In case of the circumstances specified in Article 9 of this Law, the original registration documents can be inquired within the scope agreed by the state security organs and military organs.
