It's been half a year since I first learned the painting psychology class of One Tree from Mr. Li. I learned to play at that time because a friend played a psychological evaluation game about painting in front of us. This time, of course, the purpose of participating in retraining has been obviously upgraded. This year should be the year when I study psychology crazily. It's like I was released from a hungry prison. Psychologically, I am so hungry that I want to eat everything at the sight of it, and I feel hungry more and more. However, this retraining has indeed brought me more gains that cannot be ignored:
First, all art psychotherapy is understandable. Although there are many forms such as painting, music, sculpture, sand table, yoga and writing, they only feel and express a subconscious carrier or medium through different sensory organs such as vision, hearing, smell and touch. They all maintain the balance of their inner world and relieve their emotional anxiety through creating works and subsequent associations, so as to achieve the purpose of communication, evaluation and treatment.
Second, the two major obstacles to psychological counseling are the defense of visitors and the introduction of counselors' own positions. One way to break the defense of visitors is to draw a tree, which is the simplest and most acceptable method, and can realize the relevant information that is difficult to obtain in conversation, so as to find a breakthrough in establishing relationships and obtaining information. But the biggest fear is that the consultant will evaluate and judge according to his own ideas as soon as he gets the painting, which will not only help solve the problem, but may even hurt the visitors. Therefore, when we communicate with visitors, we must distinguish between our own ideas and those of visitors. We must use various ways to verify whether the visitor is really thinking. We can repeat the meaning expressed by the visitor with direct questions, or with a look and a gesture, or with the simplest but possibly most effective nonsense.
Third, the use of "one tree" technology for psychological counseling notes: 1, the painting process is more important than the painting itself, so we should pay close attention to the painting process, especially the process of choosing painting paper, the process of painting modification, the process of talking to ourselves or explaining, the episode in the painting process and other details. 2. Before drawing or looking at pictures, you need to know other information of visitors, including age, physical condition, family situation, academic or professional situation, and handling of various relationships. 3. When looking at the whole or content of the painting, we should first perceive what our feelings and positions are, and clearly distinguish them, and then verify them through various channels. 4. The technology of "one tree" is generally used to deal with emotional confusion, and behavior is only a by-product. 5. There are less hints during evaluation and more revelations during treatment. 6. Pay more attention to the outstanding details when looking at the painting, combined with the painter's description. 7. When looking at paintings, we should distinguish between different situations such as age (especially children's paintings), and whether there is a professional basis for evaluation and treatment of paintings.
Third, in addition to the above matters, the program of looking at the picture can be like this: 1, first understand the information 2, find the feeling "If you are that tree". 3. Find the place that you think stands out most. 4. Look at the position, size and lines of the whole tree. 5. Look at the structure of the tree. Look at the other appendages.
