On the afternoon of August 15, the Information Office of the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region held the 29th press conference on COVID-19 epidemic and its prevention and control work in Urumqi. Process of obtaining nucleic acid test report:
First, the above-mentioned personnel can apply for nucleic acid testing in their communities through community cadres. Community daily statistics such personnel information, reported to the district (county) epidemic prevention and control headquarters, district (county) epidemic prevention and control headquarters will be within the jurisdiction of the list of personnel summary, timely report to the municipal epidemic prevention and control headquarters nucleic acid detection group.
Second, the nucleic acid detection team of the municipal epidemic prevention and control headquarters will co-ordinate arrangements for the municipal CDC or other competent district (county) CDC and detection institutions, organize professional medical personnel to conduct on-site sampling within 24 hours after receiving the district (county) report, conduct nucleic acid detection in strict accordance with the detection process specifications, and issue a detection report to the district (county) epidemic prevention and control headquarters within 24 hours. By the district (county) epidemic prevention and control headquarters, the nucleic acid test report will be submitted to the applicant through the community, and the cost of nucleic acid test will be borne by the municipal finance.
Third, if the above-mentioned personnel found no abnormality in the full coverage nucleic acid test in Urumqi, they can apply to the district (county) CDC through the community, and the district (county) CDC will issue a certificate of no abnormality in the nucleic acid test and affix the official seal of the district (county) CDC. The certificate that there is no abnormality in nucleic acid detection is only used within the last seven days and within the validity period of the latest nucleic acid detection. If the nucleic acid test result is negative, the district (county) CDC will immediately deal with it according to relevant procedures.
