What should I do if I forget my password in Netease enterprise mailbox?

1. On the computer, go to 163 Netease email login page and click "Forgot password", as shown in the figure.

2. Enter the email account with forgotten password, as shown in the figure.

3. Next, complete the security verification, edit the SMS "SMS Verification" and send it to the specified number, as shown in the figure.

4. After verification, return to enter the mobile phone number and click "Send" as shown in the figure.

5. Next, get the mobile phone verification code, as shown in the figure.

6. Finally, set a new password and click OK.
